Had an amazing experience at the LA showroom with Keegan. Then followed by excellent customer service with with our delivery guys, Juve and Homar. They were on time, tidy, respectful of our home and even made sure to wash their hands before assembling our couch! 10/10 experience and we love our new couch!

From the showroom to the installation everything was amazing. Great quality. Rigo and Camilo waited for us to arrive and set it up perfectly. Great communication.

It was a great experience working with Casiah and the team at the LA showroom. They understood the room I was envisioning and helped make sure the couch would fit well into the space. Delivery was so easy with Alex and Joel reaching out to schedule and getting the couch assembled so quickly and professionally. Great people to work with from start to finish!!

From the showroom (Newport Beach) with Logan and delivery team with Juan & Camilo, everyone was very friendly and informative. We were also kept up to date on our order status and delivery times. Logan was very welcoming and helpful in selecting our sectionals. Juan & Camilo came early in the delivery window, and work quickly to set up our couches. Great experience throughout the process!

Still awaiting a delivery timeframe that’s reasonable for an order placed weeks ago. So far customer service beyond the excellent showroom experience where the purchase was made has been garbage. The “concierge” is a very short tempered individual who audibly gets angry when you ask for a delivery update or any reasonable questions otherwise involving custom tailoring etc . Regarding scheduling deliveries, this is assigned to another single individual who offers one date and time window of his choosing which is more than fine if you are unemployed and sitting home all day. Emails and calls go unanswered for days with no real apparent teamwork to help each other out for simple tasks including something as benign as scheduling a delivery date I am hopeful one day the people working the phones can match the excellent showroom interpersonal skills and professionalism.

the entire process with 7th avenue was amazing. justin up in san jose started the process with us and helped make the decision super easy. very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. delivery was also fantastic. joel and alex were our delivery guys and they were so professional, friendly, and efficient. they even steamed the fabric to get any wrinkles in the fabric out once it was all set up. the entire process was awesome and i can’t recommend them enough.

I had the most wonderful experience with 7th Avenue! First, I ordered this couch after seeing great reviews online - no regrets, the couch is amazing, looks great and is super comfy! Second, the service I received was incredible. The couch was estimated to be delivered in 3-4 weeks, but I received a call just one week after ordering, that a sooner delivery spot opened up.. so I took it! Camilo and Juan (delivery) gave me a 45-min notice and arrived on time, they were professional and courteous. They introduced themselves, called me by my name, asked if they could wear protective booties in my home, asked to wash their hands before putting together the couch and even left me with a restaurant recommendation (we’re new to the area)! I really appreciated the level of professionalism and kindness as well as the excellent service - well done and thank you! I’d absolutely recommend!
