However, just like a few reviewers here on Trustpilot, the 2 weeks, the support has been really bad. My case: ------------- before I paid for the registration of the .sg domain, I asked support and explained that I do not have a singapore address and can you provide a trustee singapore address. The reply I got was yes. this is the support ticket = Request #3069853 I then waited for 1 week and when I checked my onlydomains dashboard, it says it was "still in progress". I opened a new support ticket = Request #3092204, explaining that I need support and why the .sg domain has not been registered yet. I also explained AGAIN...that I would like to request OnlyDomains to provide me with the singapore address requirement. After 2 days, no reply. Then another 2 days and I opened to a NEW support ticket (Request #3100032) asking for support to reply to my original support ticket #3092204) nothing happened. I went to trustpilot.com and saw a onlydomain staff is replying there and mentioned to email to feedback[AT]onlydomains.com. I did that and also mentioned AGAIN..that I would like to request OnlyDomains to provide me with the singapore address requirement. I also tried using the live chat and it told me to fill in my email and they will get back to me. so after 13 days making payment for my .sg domain, nothing happened. I finally got a reply from Nina (support) saying that an email was sent and they will resend again today. I didnt see any email. I checked my spambox and yes, there was an email sent 6 days ago BUT..they are asking me for my Singapore Address registration details. I have REPEATLY explained in all my emails and support ticket that I am requesting for a singapore trustee provided by Onlydomains. Its already 2 weeks, and I have no confidence in getting reliable support or in the event I need to transfer the .sg to another registrar. Even now, my original support ticket #3092204 has not been replied or updated. I dont know why communications are not via support tickets (why have them in the first place?). I would like to request a refund for my purchase. kindly refund my order. My order number = 2502070130228487918 Amount = $41.99. thank you. regards, Harideran
