I learnt how to setup a wireless network and also learnt the major difference between a router and a switch, knowing fulling well that a switch is connecting different PC within a particular building. The Company assigning someone to throw more hint on the videos is the best. it gives us the confident we need to perform our task.

Started the course a few weeks back as I'm looking to go back into IT. I must say, the course videos provided are excellent and assigned tutor provided (Ashley Skosana) have been very helpful and patient. I’m currently undertaking the cybersecurity course, which has been going very well so far. Sam Sienko is a credit to the company, he thoroughly explained and ran through the course with me in detail and assured me that this course would be ideal for me, as I don’t have any current experience in cybersecurity. I hope to finish the course and exams soon and hope to be enrolled in a position shortly after. So far so good!

I have been issued a Prince2 exam's voucher and I have tried to book my Prince2 exams one week before the expiry date of the voucher. The voucher got rejected. Prince 2 exams advisor suggested me to contact my academy. I dropped a line to "Georgia Mathewson", explaining the whole situation. Georgia went out of her way to sort this out and issued a new Prince 2 exams voucher. I highly appreciate the care and support shown by her. Thank you very much.

Scam,i paid for a course but applied for refund in the acceptable time which after which i had to call them to follow up the refund and was told it was being processed. It's been over a month and when calling them again weeks apart, have been told two separate times that they have technical issues with their refunds but (apparently not with accepting payments) and they would be getting someone to fix it.. Well its a few more weeks now and still no refund or any email about this... Really unprofessional and terrible service. I was considering to use them at a later date but i will be only be demanding my money back and going with a different provider if i considered this path in the future. Update, still no refund. No email about this from them. They still send me spam adverts but nothing about a refund the excuses they gave about their system being down at the time so as its been months now lets see if the IT training company has fixed their IT problems or if they contiune to give me the same excuses. Legal action will be taken next.

Currently partway through The IT technician course and going well, looking forward to securing a job role. All positive feedback so far the course material is fantastic - easy to follow and engaging. The training portal is easy to navigate the staff have been super professional and helpful, Tristan and Kenedy have been helping me through my first month or so, so thank you guys!

If you want a guaranteed job after learning some tech stuff, I can't recommend anywhere else. IT Career Swap gave me all the tools while keeping me reassured. I got my first interview and subsequently my next job after training. Support is also brilliant even after the training.

The theory from the videos are quite deep and very informative and has been helpful in my learning journey but more appreciated is the practical sessions with my tutor Kennedy, he answers every question patiently and gently even going over points I didn't understand on time from the videos. Kennedy books sessions and outlines the theories bringing them to real life using the packet tracers and vm simulation. I truly am touched by his level of understanding and patience in impacting knowledge from basics to the higher levels. I have recommended my friends because I am having good value for money in my learning journey to become an IT professional via IT careers. Not a single regret on the way

I Successfully passed my Comptia Network+ just today, 28/06/23. To be honest it would have been very difficult without Kenndy's support. He helped me with resources and guided me throughout the start of this course. My heart is rejoicing for passing this exams and yes i have achieve what i want through IT Career Swap.
