I Have been enjoying the course. And since I started I have been getting calls every week from my mentor Kennedy Maraka, checking on me and offering support and encouragement.

My special regards goes to Ashley who always check on me if I'm progressing in the course. In fact, the course worth doing in this company. Despite my previous knowledge and experience in IT, I got a lot of new ideas during my study in the course. I will recommend anyone interested in IT to enrol for this course with this company. Bless

I am currently in the process of completing my PRINCE2 practitioner course, the support is amazing and my tutor is very caring and always checks up on me. Everyone at IT Career Swap is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Would 100% recommend.

Informative and really good course content that makes it easy to learn IT. Easy to follow and easy to follow practical. My mentor Ashley has been so much help in supporting me and assisting me in how to get more experience and feel confident in IT. Plenty of notes and resources to aid me in the course. A few areas of improvement: could recheck spelling errors in the test, for the true and false questions in the tests there could be an explanation/reason why the question is right or wrong and the tests could have more exam questions. Still looking forward to looking for a job, fixing my CV and getting an interview.

When I was looking to get the course they said they are providing job placement and also CV review. By the end of the course they reviewed my CV and provided workplace interview. They kept the promises which is important and were helpful for me. Thank you for support

I am studying the course at the moment and I love it. The system is clear, the lecturer is authentic and makes the tutorial interesting and educationally fun. Especially in a heavy content materials, the tutorials is managed very effectively that doesn't bore you or lose interest. Also, my mentor regularly contacts me in relation to my progress of the course and whether I require any guidance. I really believe that ITCareers' genuinely helps to support me to reach my goals and tailor my needs really well. Hi all, I had taken out the cyber security course bundle. its actually quite a great course which will open you up to a vast variety of opportunities and can be easily achieved with your additional responsibilities aswell. This course is well structured and I am very fortunate to have Ashley's support with this course. She is constantly in contact with me and always assuring me that she is there for me which is important for any student especially someone like me. Ashleys not going to admit this because shes so lovely, but I am probably one of the worst students that she could ask for, so hats of to her for the amount of patience she has with me. I had very little IT experience as I was only used to using IT for assignments at uni so this course widens your knowledge for sure. As you study throughout, the course is very straight forward but you must be prepared to put a lot of work into this as this course has a lot to cover but I am sure that you will reap the rewards once completed. Just like any other course, do a bit of background research to assure you that this is the direction you want to go in. One of the main advantages of this, is that this course covers such a broad variety of IT, You will quickly know which direction you want to go into so don't be disheartened if you think one module is not for you. There is a strong possability that who ever does this course will really enjoy it. I hope I have helped :)

I am doing the course since 3 months and I strongly feel it’s Very good and structured videos which is made for ease to learn. My mentor Ashley’s supports me through out when ever needed.

The course is great. It is exactly what I had been looking for and everything is explained in depth and in an easy to understand way.

This course is great. It goes into detail regarding everything you need to know, in a structured and easy to manage way. It is simple to navigate your way around and look back as and when you need. There are a lot of practise questions and exams. The support of the mentors is great; they regularly check up on how you are coping and offer any guidance and support.

I am currently happy with the course progression and support I get from my mentor Philip through guidance and signposting where its vital. I only just began without much background in Projects Management and so far I am grasping the concepts well. The course content is simply expressed in layman terms for ease of understand and gradual appreciation of what PRINCE2 is all about. Looking forward to starting on the next module.

This course so far is been a new experience and a lot to learn. Ken himself has been very helpful in areas i do not understand. overall a experience and trying to get through it as i work can be challenging but it helps that I can split it up equally and work on it.

Enjoying it so far. My mentor has been great always there on hand should I have questions or find anything difficult. The accounts team are understanding with my current situation as I am unemployed due to covid, I found it difficult to make payments on some occasions and they helped me through it. Definitely would recommend. :)

Awesome courses packed full of learning! Ken has been a massive help the whole way through all of it and is there for any questions, or help that anyone might need and is very supportive! Overall a great choice for getting into the world of IT!
