I started doing a project management course through itcareerswap. Between Dan and Phillip they helped me gain my prince 2 foundation and helped me secure my first job within project management. Although I only completed 1 qualification before getting a job. This gave me the experience to gain and pass interviews. I recommend anyone wanting a new career change into projects to go through itcareerswap. Both Dan and Phillip had been very approachable with all my many questions.

I have embarked on a new career path in Project Management (Prince 2 Practitioner, Foundations & Agile) and IT Career Swap have been very helpful. Providing ongoing and regular support, knowledge and a friendly ear to listen to my questions. My mentor is always available and his responses are fast, always within couple of hours if not faster. Online learning is clear and well put together. I’m in the middle of my course and so far so good. Thumbs up!

IT Technician Course Unfortunately this course is terrible, it almost feels like a scam. Yes, they provide you with lectures that are relatively easy to follow, they are very basic and not in great details so if you have a basic knowledge there is not much you will learn here. In order to pass each module you have to complete multiple choice test which you can repeat how many times you want. However, the most important part of this course is that they offer you the help in finding a job within the IT sector, you can wait for them for months and yet not much help will be given. Maximum of 3 phone interviews will be arranged but there is no way you will get the job. Their website states “The main difference between us and other IT training companies is that we have over 5,000 employer partnerships in operation so we can place you into work all over the country with a number of different companies, often with multiple options” – this is a pure scam, they won’t ever offer to place you into a real world workplace with their partners, they will always find a reason to tell you that they can’t provide you with such an opportunity at given time. Unless you just want to learn about new technologies and IT in general – AVOID, not worth your money as the certificates you get are not the real CompTIA certificates, as for them you would have to organise the test on your own for which you would have to pay extra money to the legitimate source. Plus, in order to access their live labs, virtual machines in which you can “practise”, they ask you firstly to give them a review (this is the most likely reason why there is so many positive reviews) and only later when you do that they will give you a password to the virtual machines. PLEASE AVOID!

I have been taking a course as IT Technician. The tools for learning provided by IT Career Swap were really helpfully to complete different Certificates in IT. The staff are really friendly and always there for helping you to achieve your goal. Each and every month Ashley was ensured that I progress efficiently with my course by asking me if I was facing any difficulty to complete the course.

I wanted to improve my knowledge about networks and gain some cybersecurity qualifications. I looked at doing a Masters in Cybersecurity but the content in the IT Career Swap course seem to be more vocational and more likely to help me get employment in a cyber related career. The staff at IT Career Swap are so friendly, supportive and flexible. My mentor Ashley always calls to check how I am progressing. I am doing the course whilst working full time, so the flexibility is key for me. I highly recommend this course to anybody considering updating their skills or knowledge and/or thinking of a career swap.

I signed up with IT Career Swap to gain the CompTIA CySA+ Certification. I find the lessons enjoyable and at a pace that is understandable. The course is released in Modules. Each modules can gain you a certification in that subject. No exams for that module are included. You an take the exams when you are ready online. You get a helpful and friendly mentor to guide and motivate you. They will drop you a line to see how you are doing on a regular basis. The course is spread over two years. Believe me you need it as each module is intensive. After the two years you will have a employment guide that will write up your CV and gain you three job interviews and brief you before the time. All in all I really recommend IT Career Swap for their support and easy and understandable lessons. Well recommended.

I signed up to be a IT technician and was given a lot of support and understanding for the training but I soon realised I wanted to do cyber security instead and Abu really helped with everything I asked and needed to know about the course. He went out of his way to make sure I was content with everything I had received, called me a few times to inform me on the changes he had made with me doing a higher course with the cost being more and still did his best and got me a discount. Georgia was lovely and friendly during the process lovely team highly recommended!!!

I made an enquiry for IT Technician course earlier today and was called by Abu Mirza who explained everything in detail and asked me my long term goal which I said was Cyber Security and upon his professional advice I decided to go ahead and pay the lump sum for the Cyber Security course as it is much better value and will help me get to my end goal in IT Very happy with this and looking forward to starting on Monday. I don’t normally leave reviews, but in this case I feel it is necessary..I initially clicked to attend a webinar for more information with regard to getting into Cyber security and had no idea where to start, but wasn’t able to make it. Following this I received a call from a senior course advisor Abu-Bakr Mirza who gave me all the information I needed in a clear, transparent and professional manner. He really put in the time and effort to ensure that it was right for me and I was right for IT Career Swap, through this I’ve happily signed up and would recommend the company to anyone looking to get into IT. Once again very happy with the empathy and care Abu-Bakr put into this. Definitely 10 out of 10 thank you so much for all your help in getting me through the door and enrolled on your programme.

I’m editing my review after 7 months of getting the course and 4 months of completing it too. DO NOT take up anything with them. You literally just learn from a bunch of videos which are collaborated from w3schools. You can do this for free. I have literally wasted so much money and time on this, I am a student used nearly all my overdraft on this for their empty promises. I barely hear from the recruitment team, or my personal tutor who I said 2 months ago to (both) I want weekly updates and I hear absolutely nothing. I’m the one who is chasing up everything. I haven’t still heard anything about jobs or nothing. The CV that I got firstly was incorrect, how am I paying x amount of money’s for that, once I noticed them, I got a correct version back and it was POOR. The personal summary was terrible, the cv order was incorrect for my status as a grad student looking for work and grammatically poor too. I told someone this and still nothing has been done. I barely hear back from anyone, I see no hope with this. This was a really big mistake taking this course. Do not take this course, it is all illusion. Most of these reviews are guaranteed bots.

I signed to a Project Management course package with IT Career Swap. The course is going well so far, it's self paced and fits in well with my work life balance. The eIearning courses are very well structured. I am able to work full-time, be a mum and still study at the same time without feeling under pressure. The experience I have had with IT Career Swap so far has been nothing but amazing. They put the customers needs first. They have excellent customer service. I would like to make special shout outs to Dan and Georgia who went above and beyond to assist with booking me onto my PRINCE2 Foundation course exam last week . Both Dan and Georgia were on leave when I contacted them to assist me with booking the exam. They all responded to my queries in a prompt and professional manner and did everything possible to get my exam booked despite both of them being on leave. Now this right here, is impeccable customer service. Their efforts were not in vein I passed the exam. Thank you.
