As a student preparing for my industrial placement, the course came at an opportune time to bolster my resume. Tristan, the person who had responded to my request for information was massively helpful and generally a pleasure to talk to, going so far as to offer me advice and researching a promo/discount codfe I could use to enroll in the course for a significantly reduced cost. The platform helps me more easily add to my CV by making the certificates for each module available as soon as I complete the course.

I only gave a 1 star because there is no zero star. What is promised is not what is delivered. There are too many courses delivered in video form, before you get to the actual course I want. The video teachers are just reading in the videos and not teaching. Information overload.

After completing the course, I now have knowledge in Networking, Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity along with a role as a Desktop Support Analyst.

I enjoyed working through their courses. These courses are not really that easy but you can learn alot from them. I hope I can utilize the knowledge that I have gained very soon and in real life.

Great team of people, working with Ash and team has been great. IT Technician course took me 5 months to complete and had to try a few times to pass the official exam but my mentor helped me to pass. Had 2 interviews this week and just signed up for the Cyber bolt on as I’m co confident now that once I’ve got a bit more experience I want to get into Cyber. 6 months ago I just about new how to turn on a computer - now I work in IT support. Hope the Cyber goes just as well.

Great experience so far. Be careful not to confuse these guys with other providers they are the real deal. Every interaction so far has been fantastic and with what I was told. Really excited for journey and to get into IT. I spent a long time making decision to go for IT but I’m so happy I did. Course: Cyber Security After completing the first year of the course, broadly covering IT fundamentals in networking, security, operating systems and hardware, and obtaining the CompTIA A+ certification, IT Career Swap arranged a number of interviews on my behalf. The course prepared me well for these and the recruitment team were enthusiastic and resourceful.

Don't recommend them at all they are course seller 100 time more expensive then any where else and their courses are very low quality, I paid for course a lot of money and they said after you pass the course we will guarantee that ,you will get interview under 3 months, Quality of the course was very bad and old thet the course was blong to 2014 and wirth of nothing, ( you can buy 100 time better course on other websites) for price of £20 but I paid the £1000 but when I completed the course till now I haven't received any interview or and thing like it ( I have bachelor degree) and already did so many courses on other websites. Don't be fooled by them as they just sweet talk with you to sell the course to you and might just adjust your cv , all this not worth even £10 , To make sure this is a true reviews before you pay .ask them the to show you the quality of the video and ask them to give you a letter to prove that they will guarantee you interview under 3 months after completing the course.

I did the coding traineeship with IT Career switch as I was curious about coding and wanted to get a job in IT. I had Alfred as my personal tutor, he was very helpful and replied very quickly, he helped me with Codecademy projects and my 2 portfolio projects, he is very knowledgeable and was very helpful throughout my time at IT Career Switch. My projects were signed off by Paddy, he is very helpful and enthusiastic, he helped me with my portfolio website in a very professional manner. During Stage 4 (recruitment stage) I had Jasmine who was my recruitment specialist, she explained me how the process works and sent links how to prepare for interviews , she was very enthusiastic and professional. Overall it was a very good experience, the team was very helpful and easy to reach, the reply times were also very quick. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to change to working into IT.
