Excellent online training for Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner exams, using short video sequences. Subject expert giving clear and concise training and testing processes throughout the modules and revision cards. A helpful resources library is available as an aid. IT Career Swap team is friendly, proactive, and giving encouragement to succeed moving forward in your career.

I recently completed my project management courses with IT Career Swap and I can honestly say, from that first phone call right up to that last training module, I am a very satisfied customer. I can highly recommend this course to anyone considering starting their project management journey. When I first approached IT Career Swap I was desperate for a career change and I was also nervous to take the plunge but the whole experience has already paid off for me! I used the skills I gained to open up my own business and to create project management opportunities for myself. I received a lot of guidance and support from Billy Masters, Georgia Mattewson and my personal mentor, Andy McDonald along the way and they really made my experience with the whole process that much better!

I have had an excellent experience studying the IT Technician Course as it allowed my to expand my academic knowledge further and gain hands-on experience by completing the Live Labs. This course also gave me the flexibility to work part-time and study at my own pace. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to begin an entry level IT Support role.

I have recently started my project management exams with career swap and passed my Prince2 foundation exam. The company are extremely helpful when you have any questions with course material as well recruitment. I am now starting my practitioner course and will be completing more exams with IT career swap in the future.

I bought the IT technician course as someone who is new to IT. I'll start with the only thing I didn't necessarily like and that was the material is a lot of information to take in for someone who's new to IT. I know I'm not going to be able to retain all that information from the course material but also a lot of what I'm learning won't make full sense until I get hands on experience. Having said that, the course material was great and very informative. The Live Labs were especially helpful for myself as I found it a really good way to practise. I found the site very easy to find my way round as well. The only way you won't gain anything from this course is if you don't put the work in because it is going to take work and dedication but a great way to get the foundational knowledge needed to start a career in IT. I'd also like to thank Ken who was my mentor and continuously calling to check up on me and Laurence who was the first person I interacted with and he was very helpful and supportive and overall very good at his job seen as he got me to pay for the course lol. I have literally just finished the course so I haven't gone onto the CV review and job interviews etc but I am very sure all will go smoothly and I will be closer to starting my career in IT. To conclude, I would recommend IT Career Swap to those who are looking but just know its not a walk in the park and dedication is needed but worth it.

I am new to the area of project management and the courses taken through IT Career Swap have acted as a good introduction. The variety of courses help provide insight into many different areas. The PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner courses gave a comprehensive and well-structured overview. Other courses helped delve into more detail, as well as providing good advice from people with a lot of experience in this field. Although the content of some courses has a strong American flavour, the principles brought forward were universally applicable. Each course has its different style depending upon the teacher, but this actually added to the courses’ strength to give a well-rounded approach. The courses themselves do not lead to an official qualification, but they do provide a certificate to show you have undertaken the training and passed the corresponding test. This does mean that some aspects of the course are irrelevant (such as a video about official examination information such as how to book exams etc.). Some of the material may be slightly out of date (eg. ITIL is v.3 rather than v.4) but it still gives a good outline. It would have been nice to have these areas included but as the project management package stands it is sufficient to meet my personal requirements. If they included the above then the price would be higher, which may have put me off looking into project management as a profession. The courses so far have served as a good base for investigating and starting in this area, as well as opening up extra possibilities for employment. I have been very happy with the work of my mentor. I think it is the case that you get out as much as you put in. Any additional questions I have asked have always been answered in a timely manner. Not just that, but the quality of response has been exceptional. He has a great amount of experience, knowledge and helpful resources. The other staff have been very approachable and helpful in other aspects relating to IT Career Swap. In a time when employment is difficult to be gained, doing this course has helped aid my prospects and hopefully it will lead me to a job.
