I booked on a course at itcareerswap last October, with the hope of getting a job out of it. I completed part of the training, but found that the training was tougher going than I expected, and raised issues with itcareerswap. They have tried hard to accommodate my concerns, but ultimately our differing views on some fundamental points meant that the best way forward was to agree a partial refund. I have nothing but the highest regard for the professionalism of Billy Masters in particular, who I had extensive dealings with, and hope that others are able to succeed with this company.

The team at IT Career Swap were very helpful and friendly. The course is made up of a series of videos and then a test. The videos were very informative and clear and easy to understand. In the videos the trainers provided some practical examples of what they were teaching which helped the information stick in my mind. The live labs is a great eay to learn the practical aspect of an IT role. This is because they give different tasks and clear instructions to follow. This was very informative and a great way to learn.

The courses of IT Career swap were really good and at the same time a bit challenge but they were very helpful and answered any questions I asked and a special thank you goes to Ashley and everyone at IT Career Swap, and the live labs which give you practica experience you learn a lot of things through there, I have now secured a position as a Junior Service Desk Analyst for a company called Bethel Construction and IT and it’s all thanks to Georgia and Ashley.

The Web Development course is well structured and easy to navigate. Throughout the course, I got plenty of support from my mentor giving me assistance with the course material. I managed to complete the course in 4 months, and found it very challenging and rewarding. I now feel more confident in my abilities and look forward to my first job in the IT industry. I would highly recommend IT Career Swap for anyone looking to make that first step into Web Development.

Im learning CompTIA A+ with IT Career Swap and find all the content in each module really helpful, it is not all written material you also have other materials such as Videos and Quizzes. When you complete a module your assigned mentor will give you an assessment so you can really test yourself and show them your understanding which has really helped me feel confident. They are always there for support when you need it and also provide you with extra study guides if you feel you need them ( I asked for them so I can learn as much as possible) I'm excited for when I finish this course to be able to start my Career :)

I bought web dev course (html,css,javascript, python).Lecturers are good. Easy to listen and follow. Course covers basics. Pure entry level. If it comes to JavaScript its a bit to little, bit outdated (2015). Python course is plain aswell, for a web course you would like to add Django. You want to go thrue courses from Udemy, freeCodeCamp etc and then use IT Career Swap as extra to help you secure some job interviews. Courses are easy and do not require aditional support, mentor or anything. You can easly google few bits if you relly want to know more. Now if it comes to job part. I would say its a big problem now due COVID-19. I did received some (from ITCS) vacancies but all were redirecting me to the another recruitment agency. Who (recruiter handling the job offer) in most cases did not reply to emails nor arranged phone call. Had one chat over the phone with one recruiter. After talk about role it turned out they need senior (mid level in worst case scaenerio) so i am not fit for the role. But similar issue i seen with other roles pased to me. Senior level to mid one. I had more replies from jobs i aplied on my own and if succesful work will start after virus lock down will be lifted. In web dev world you should apply, even you are not fit to the role but with virus lockdown no one will consider junior developer if they are desperate for more experienced person. There is no room for error. Now let move to another point. I live in a "tech hub", Bristol, but jobs i received from ITCS were mainly from outside the town, whitch has no sense. Especially if you looking at 2-3 hours commuting time and unfortunately i got experience in that field when i was chasing management career.I do not reccomend long commuting time, unless you are on 70k+ a year. Finall words. One star less for courses is a must. Second star less for summary of few factors, like 'i bought course in wrong time', 'jobs offers not properly selected for junior developer', 'vacancys to far outside tech hub just to 'try' to secure interview'. It didnt cost me a lot for a course so i am neutral on that field. If it comes to people within company its all good.

I found the IT course easy to navigate, good lessons and videos to help me understanding the IT CAREER SWAP team it is a great service in all aspect to support me or anyone interested . Nothing but good things to say about IT career swap. I came on board after speaking to one of their course advisors called Billy. I have to say that I found him extremely professional and didn’t push me into doing the course. I was working part time at the time so managed to complete the course in 9 weeks alongside my job. With the help of their team I secured a job within a month of completing. I am now working full time as a help desk technician and love it. Thank you!

I was very sceptical at the beginning but then i have decided to pay the course and give it a try! Great decision!! i went for the web development course. They gave me a 60 hours module which i have completed in about 1 month. After a couple of weeks they get back to me with two job opportunities. At the first interview I've got the job!! A particular Thank you goes to Georgia!! She was extremely helpful!! replying promptly to my mails, finding me a Job and providing tips on how to go through the interview.

A fantastic experience and having the option to access the course content for a year after completing it is really handy. The mentors are really helpful and Georgia has been nothing more than brilliant in helping me find a role since I completed the course.

At first I wasn't sure how this would go and if it was worth it.... but i'm so glad i did it! It was soo flexible as I was working in the catering at the same time. I had a a lot of help from Ashley who was my mentor it has been really great and i'm glad I did this! it was worth it! the course in general was solid but it was worth it! I did it in 4 months and I finally found myself a dream job!

Finding work can be challenging depending on your experience, yearly application period and jobs you apply for. You will be helped along the way and any questions you may have can be answered swiftly with regular check ups to get a understanding on your progress as well as how you are finding the course. Overall great, I would recommend.
