I have had an excellent experience so far, the course seems great, 8 industry recognised certificates, help with CV optimisation and interviews with IT. I’m just on the 3rd module of my first certificate and the learning material is pretty easy to follow. The staff I’ve spoken to have been nothing but friendly and helpful and I feel like I’ll have support whenever I need it. I’ll see how I get on with the course but so far it’s a genuinely exciting experience!

I signed up for the Cyber Security course and am currently working through the first year of the course. I passed the CompTIA Security+ exam in the summer and am looking forward to moving onto the next stage of Cyber Security topics next year. My mentor Ashley is always on hand to assist whenever this is required.

I was lured into this company on the premise of high quality, industry leading teaching. That was incorrect. What I got was a programme of videos (that equivalents are freely accessible for free elsewhere), and some multiple choice questions. Both of those options where full of mistakes that a simple proofreader would have picked up - implying that they didn't go to the expense of simply checking what they are selling. When I contacted IT Career Swap about this, and wanting a refund for a faulty product - I was rebuffed saying that they aren't responsible for the content they sell(?), and that they can't provide a refund (and actively threatend me with legal action if I tried to get my money back). The extremely worrying thing about this is that these issues are known to IT Career Swap - and have known for some time, yet they are not fixed. And more disturbing yet, they didn't believe me when I told them these mistakes where still there. The people at IT Career Swap also have tried to convince me that I should drop out of university, which is incredibly dodgy. When I signed up to the course I was told that university would complement this course very well. This company is at best a waste of time and money, and at worst an attempt to lure young people into paying a lot with promises of guaranteed jobs and high quality training. Don't bother - you can get higher quality content for free.

I am 100% satisfied with the experience given in IT Career Swap. The strongest aspect being in this company is how clear detailed and clear your courses are. Really helped me learn new things that I was not comfortable with. Would recommend anyone who wants to build up their it skills.

If you are searching now on Internet to see if the IT Career Swap is a real deal or just another scam, I can definitely relate to you. That was me few months ago. I took the chance and it was the best decision of my life. I finally broke the ice, and I got my first job in IT. The courses are not necessarily super easy, but if you put a decent effort, you will make it. A friend of mine told me the course is not useful, and I am so happy I did not listen. You get the skills, knowledge and very important, the terminology (seriously underestimated). Ashley, my guide, was always there to advise me if I needed any sort of support, and she has proven to be so useful. Forever greatful to her. So if you think you really want a career in IT, trust me, this is the place.

I found IT careerswap at the perfect time in my life. Not knowing what to do next and feeling hopeless after graduating from University during the start of COVID. IT careerswap gave me the motivation and goal to pursuit a career into project management - something I had never really thought about. When I felt like giving up I had mentors who were always available to talk. After finishing the course, I was paired with the recruitment team who helped me get several interviews - once again raising my motivation and confidence that I was able to actually work in this growing career. Fast forward to some time later I was made a job offer as a programme coordinator which exceeded my expectation once again. Not only if you are already working but even if you are just starting of your career just like myself. The PM course is affordable and recognised by employers.

IT Career Swap helped me get my first IT job once I completed their course material and live labs, my tutor Ken helped me throughout and ensured I was happy with the content provided, throughout the process, they were really helpful and if it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be where I am today, from a young age, I’ve managed to go down my desired career path, can’t recommend them enough, I’d advise any one with an IT interest to contact them!

I purchased the Cyber Security course which is in two parts. I started in the beginning of April 2021 and now halfway through the first part of the course. I am finding the course enjoyable and learning quite a lot too. Ashley contacts me every two weeks to give me guidance and encouragement. I have had an excellent experience in terms of Customer Services and support through whilst doing my courses. I received support while doing my course, before exams and after exams. Having a degree in IT did not really give me the necessary boost I needed to land my first job. However, ITCareerSwap has enabled me to learn much more than what my degree offers and the qualifications just fits perfectly to what is needed for my job. They say it roughly takes 3 months, but that is only possible if you optimize your study-load effectively. My advice would be - don't take more than 2 weeks for one course (ideally 1-2 days for each module in the course depending on number of videos). In terms of landing your first job in IT, don't expect to find a job right away or only rely on them to find one for you. You need to put in the effort of looking for a job desperately yourself. I have recently finished my courses with IT career swap and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I went through everything from computer hardware right through to Windows 10 including security and setting up a computer system from scratch. I have not needed to take advantage of the recruitment process through IT Careerswap as I found a role myself just before finishing my course, but the information I have learnt throughout this course helped me get my new role. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone interested in getting into IT, ven if you do not have much prior knowledge as it starts you with the basic foundations and then moves onto the more advanced stuff. The videos are easy to follow and there are activities you can do to check your understanding before doing the quizzes at the end of each module. You also get access to the practice lab environment after finishing the course so you can get some practical hands-on experience in a virtual environment to test out what you have learnt. Ken from Career Swap was also a big help throughout, he called me every couple of weeks to make sure I was doing OK and I could email him at any time if I had any questions or needed any help and he was always quick to reply.

Really easy to follow content & really appreciate that I can write note whilst the video is playing.
