One of my cartridges was bad, and I still have not received my replacement, really disappointing

I ordered the wrong toner cartridges. I had opened one when i realized it didn’t fit. I tried to returned and they said because it was opened, they would not take it back.

The toner I purchased turned out to be incompatible with my printer, and when I tried to return it, the process was unnecessarily difficult.” I am now editing my review due to the fact that YB reached out and provided me with an additional set of toners and rectified the situation. As of now the toner cartridges with the smart chips are working well with my canon printer, and I’m also able to read the toner levels correctly. I will give them 4 stars for now and in time I may adjust my review further once I’ve I spent more time using the product. Thank you YB for making things right.

I just bought a new printer and wanted to have an extra toner cartridge on hand. My brother recommended YBToner. I checked them out. They had the cartridge I needed at a great price, and I got it very quickly. I will order from them again when I need another cartridge.
