Over the years I've purchased from other ink cartridge sellers and often found the products were incompatible due to the chip being susceptible to my HP printer not allowing the cartridge to be used because it was not an official HP manufactured cartridge. But using ybtoner's their cartridges are guaranteed to work and they back it up 100% which in only one instance one color was not accepted but without fail they respond to my inquiry and send out a replacement. i have used probably 24 or more of their cartridges and in my opinion no other company comes close to quality and service. Bought a set of hp206 laser cartridges and held on to them about a month then installed lasted about hundred pages the received hp blocked for non-hp chip. Never had that happen with other brand I used. I believe chips went bad.

I used a different remanufactured product before and I wasn't able to use it. The company I purchased them from did provide me a refund, which was nice. However, it did cause me to be hesitant to buying them again. I was running out of toner on my HP cartridges and I went onto their site to order more and OMG!!! The PRICES! I couldn't afford to buy them! So, I thought I would try YB Toner. OMG! I am so glad I did! I just received my new toner cartridges and I followed their very detail and clear instructions and WOW! The cartridges calibrated and printed!!!! I am so impressed! I am not going to shop anywhere else for my cartridges! This is going to be my "go to" place! If you are looking to get out of the high prices of original manufactured cartridges, do yourself a favor and order them from YB Toner instead! The only thing you won't be missing is the extra money in your pocket, which you saved from buying from YB Toner!!!

Output was too light to see, and I've gotten a Replace Drum error on the printer ever since I tried the cartridge. =(

I placed my first order with YB Toner last week and received 1 physically damage magenta toner in the 4 color kit that I purchased, athe other 3 cartridges are working fine but my customer needs all 4 colors. I have been attempting to have anybody/somebody give me a call to remedy this ASAP since this is a Physician's office and they print diagnostic reports. All of my efforts to this point have been futile and frustrating, I will post more after I see whether of not I am going to be able to resolve my issue. UPDATE: Mary in customer service did get back to me and provided me an alternate source so as to be able to take care of my customer as quickly as possible. Since all of the other product worked perfectly as advertised and since customer service did reach out to me the following day I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 5 star and hope to do future business with YB Toner

I have placed two orders from YBtoner and the experience has been very good. First order received all four cartridges in one box. The second order received all of the cartridges loose in a shipping box, but that's okay arrived with no damage. Great cartridges i would order them again.

I have been using YBToner for my Canon printer (067). The cartridges work great. I have only had one issue where the wrong cartridges were sent. Customer service was very responsive and corrected the mistake right away.

The assistants at YBToner are always courteous and professional. I have been using their toner cartridges for my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw for four years or so. During that time I have encountered two problems that I can remember. In both instances it took just one email detailing my problem for the guys to respond immediately with a quick solution. If the situation called for a replacement cartridge to be sent to me it was done in a matter of a couple of days. I see no significant difference in print quality as opposed to the much more expensive Hewlett Packard cartridges.
