Toner cartridge not ORM quality. Print quality is sub-par

I wrote a negative review because when the tricolor ink cartridge came, it would not work in my HP printer. Their customer service person reached out and was so kind and helpful. Sent me return label and issued full refund.

I was a little confused, as a first-time buyer, of the ybtoner high-density cartridge for my Canon MF452dw printer. It looked demonstrably different than the original equipment manufacturer's (lower density) cartridge. "Sara" the Chat Gal satisfactorily helped me with that and, assuming this cartridge performs as promised, this is a 5-star deal b/c it was easy to order, delivery was reasonably prompt, and the coupon-discounted price was competitive. I will return for another one in the future.

YB Toner immediately fixed a problem with the fulfillment of my original order. I've only had to use one of the replacement cartridges so far but it worked flawlessly using the supplied directions. I view the company's support of their product and quality of the product as exceptional so far.

Fast and cheap!

First of all, none of the cartridges I received were YB branded cartidges, and the Cyan and Magenta cartridges failed to work properly and tinted the entire page with a light coat of blue and red across the the entire page of each copy.

The cartridges I ordered were no longer compatible with my printer. (HP changed the firmware) YB TONER did not hesitate to send the updated replacement toner at no additional cost to me. They responded quickly and without hesitation. That is unheard of these days! The new cartridges work like a charm. You sent the wrong cartridge! It is not the one I ordered and does not appear to work in the canon 652 color stream. I called your company and left a voice mail but you have not called me back.
