Original equipment toner and drum kit. Retired my printer to new

When I ordered the ink I thought I was getting YB Toner ink which is a well known ink company, but the ink was from colorbest, So I tried the ink anyway and one of the cartridges was defective. So I really don't know how they work. But did receive the ink with in a couple of days. So hopefully they will make it right.

The price and my H-P printer experienced no error codes.

I purchased a 4 pack of toner 215A on December 28th, 2022 and I didn't Install the new toner for several weeks later. However, when I installed all four of the toners at the same time. I noticed that the back of the printer paper had red toner all over the paper as it came out of the HP Printer? I did everything I could think of, like making sure that there wasn't a leak in red toner somewhere. I didn't find anything unusual.

These say that they have a chip so that they are not detected as counterfeit cartridges and that they can report toner levels. I specifically purchased these (instead of a different cartridge) to see if they would work. In fact, the description literally states: "This compatible Canon 055H toner set is equipped with IC chips. So they will be recognized by Canon printers immediately once you install them. The compatible printer models are as follows [...] Canon Color imageCLASS MF743Cdw." That's the printer I have, and it does NOT accept these cartridges as real Canon cartridges. I still get the "counterfeit cartridges" warning every time I turn on the printer. Yes, the price is substantially lower than the genuine Canon cartridges. But I also worry about how these will fare over time. I had a different brand of compatible toner that also got identified as counterfeit, and they started leaking yellow and magenta after about a year.

The Cyan toner cartridge keeps failing and printing cyan on the whole page. The company is replacing the Cyan cartridge, and we appreciate the quick followup and resolution to the problem.

Ybtoner offered me the exact product I needed at an affordable price. There was no need for me to try and remove/replace chips like other brands found at the large online store I’d normally buy from. I live in the middle of nowhere and received my package quickly. I will definitely be buying from them again.

My printer says there is no chip in the ink cartridges and won't work on my printer.

At first I thought the toner cartridge did not work or fit. But I learned that ybtiner cartridges are designed to replace a secondary cartridge in the original one from ybtoner. Once I understood that it was s easy to see what to do and it worked perfectly.
