Kudos YB toner for a great product. Boo to HP for periodically sending “updates” which inactivates non HP cartridges. If not for yv toner, I would scrap my HP printer.

The staff was very knowledgeable and responsive both over the phone and via emails. When I had an issue they were right there with support. If you give them a chance and follow instructions you will get a good product for a much more competitive price in my opinion

I bought a set of 4 HP 201 toner cartridges. I installed the cyan. It does print, but the colors are really poor. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Since writing the above review, the company immediately responded and replaced the cartridge. It works well now, thank you!

My printer recognized the replaced toner very fast and start working immediatily. The print quality is excellent…as good as the original HP cartridges themselves. I will be buying these again when my current cartridges need replacement.

Fast shipping and it is verey easy to replace the old one. Just turn off the printer's "supplies" warning, power the printer off, replace the cartriedges and start saving money.

I have spent a small fortune on non-HP cartridges that did not end up working at all on my HP printer. But YB toners worked well, as soon as I installed them. In addition, the company's customer service was great. At first, I thought I had a problem, and their customer service person responded immediately and even followed up when they did not hear back from me. If I end up having problems after I am using the cartridges a while, I will revise my review. But what a pleasure to have this printer up and running again, at 37% of the cost of what I would have paid for HP cartridges.
