It was awful. Everything printed comes out with a big black line down the middle. I guess you really do get what you pay for.

UPDATED REVIEW - 4 STARS Mary from the company contacted me and corrected the issue. She honored their refund policy and gave me a full refund on all four ink cartridges, not for just one as the company had originally offered. She also sent me a new replacement set. Although the replacement still did not work, the fact that she honored their refund policy was enough for me. They should have done this to begin with to save aggravation and wasted time. ORIGINAL REVIEW - ONE STAR This is the first time I've left a negative review in all the years I've shopped online. I've had bad experiences in the past, but this one topped them all. I purchased a 4-color set of ink for my HP printer from their website. FIRST RED FLAG: Upon opening the box, the name of the shipper and the name on the cartridges were not YBtoner, but a different name entirely. They claim it’s their distributor’s name, but I don't buy that excuse. I installed all the cartridges and immediately received an error message for one of the colors. I sent them a picture of the message. SECOND RED FLAG: Despite multiple emails and messages through their website, they only respond between 7 PM and 12 AM. After several back-and-forth exchanges, they promised to send a replacement. After four days of lies and excuses, I learned that they haven’t sent a replacement and that’s when I demanded they cancel the replacement and refund my money. THEY DON’T EVEN HONOR THEIR OWN REFUND POLICY. All their responses to the reviews here are the same text, just cut and paste. This is, without a doubt, the most incompetent and frustrating customer service experience I've ever had. Avoid this company at all costs.

The cartridge was not compatible with my printer tho they advertised it as such. No return. Buyer cannot determine efficacy of the printer without removing the tape but cartridge cannot be returned after tape is removed. Waste of money and time. Zero stars for YBToner! Find another supplier with customer svc.
