UPDATE: Once the company got back to me they were extremely helpful in resolving my situation. I am very satisfied with their response. ORIGINAL POST: The ink cartridges supposedly have the new chip in them so that they work with the latest HP security. They did not work. I sent an email to the company four days ago and have not heard back.

The problem is to remove the chip from an hp toner is not easy with the tools this company provides you! Then they take several days telling you what they need from you in order to process your return!!! I have changed out chips with other companies and it wasn’t an issue.
