I found Tony's lecture style relaxed but with a serious tone which matched the subject matter. Easy to follow the logic and (importantly) communicated in a style that was easy to understand for the layman.

Presenter was clear and provided a lot of information, but presentation style would greatly improve with a few more anecdotes or witty comments etc, given that the topic can be rather dry. FYI, the test took over 6 and half hours to complete which I assume is necessary?

Had such a valuable experience studying the food and wine school. I am an ex bartender and chef in training and lacking the foundation knowledge generally learnt in culinary school, so I found this course easy to absorb and incredibly valuable in the area of food safety. Also Tony Forsythe (tutor) was a wonderful teacher and was so impressed with his industry credentials, real world experience, expert knowledge and entertaining patient teaching style made this day course a delight. Thank you nourish group for sending me and thank you food and wine school.

Very organized and kind hosts. But one negative was there was lots of info given that wasn't need for my specific licance which made it a bit long.

Franck was such an incredible and fun teacher! We learned about the basics of cocktail making to understand how different things go together as well as lots of practical hands-on time to put our knowledge to the test! Recommended for anyone wanting to learn how to make cocktails and have fun trying a new skill.

I didn't have so much knowledge about making coffee(especially using specific maschine) but teacher told me very well. She demonstrated how to make it repeatedly so that students can understand clearly. If I have problems, she watched my coffee making progress and check together. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the course more than I expected. Thank you so much!
