This was my second course with the NZ School of Food and Wine and again it was another great experience. The information provided was extremely useful and delivered in a way that was very clear and easy to understand. The instructor was knowledgeable and kept you engaged throughout the course. Emails from the team throughout the process were a plus as well.

It was a very hands on class where we learnt how to balance flavours and liquors in drinks. Frank was a very engaging and entertaining teacher to have, giving each of us helpful feedback while being encouraging. It’s a great class for someone who is very knew to bartending.

The course was conducted online and the system was very robust without any glitches. The tutor was very knowledgeable and professional. The course content was compact and complete, with all information required for the Licence controller role.

I really enjoyed this course! Franck was so knowledgeable and a great teacher and kept the class entertained throughout the 3 nights. Would recommend to others who are after a bit of experience in cocktail making.

Throughout the course I have learnt a lot. The content was so useful, insightful and practical. The tutor is so friendly, honest, approachable and making us comfortable to perform well. Above all the content is delivered in a 20% in class and 80% practice. I’m glad to have a qualification from this School.
