A great experience. I undertook the level 2 course for interest and to extend my knowledge of, and appreciation for, good wine. Although sitting the examination was a little daunting, the course did not disappoint. I am now looking to further my knowledge of New Zealand wine with this professional, experienced, informative school of wine and food.

Amazing Experience The teacher Franck makes sure no one is not involved and that everyone is enjoying themselves and learning what they want to learn about. Would recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about cocktails or just wants to have fun making them.

The presenter Tony was absolutely amazing. Very engaging. Covered all topics extremely well. Was interesting and well enjoyed and well learned.

The course was really good. It was easy to follow along. I got a bit tired and couldn't concentrate as well towards the end as it was quite long but all in all it was nice that we got talked along everything we need to know.
