I thoroughly enjoyed the step by step explanations and hands on practice. The only concern I had related to a comment that climate change will see the increase in the price of coffee. The lecturer is highly qualified and I couldn't see the relevance of that statement. The price of coffee is directly related to supply and supply can easily be met with planting more trees. It has nothing whatsoever to do with rising temperatures. Besides that, it was a wonderful experience thanks to the lecturer

Amazing, very helpful.

The course was 100% online so I found it expensive considering this. Manukau Technical Institute does the same thing however. Not really impressed by the reception or customer service person there - couldn't be bothered answering a simple question. Regarding educational institutions here - maybe the changes next year will be for the better. If you could have the luxury of learning on the job instead of paying out repeatedly to learn the basics. And you reply to my complaint. That was no reply! I glad I went with a different educational provider. You might also employ a New Zealander rather than the atrocious girl at Reception but perhaps she reflects the standard of professionalism of the school.

Very helpful, and straightforward

Was a great course. Easy and informative. I did the online which is very well run. The facilitators made sure I was reminded of the up and coming course date numerous times. So definitely no forgetting. Maybe some visual aids would be of benefit in the future. Such as different levels of intoxication , refusing services etc.. maybe a couple of filmed clips ? It may help those who have never dealt with those incidents. All in all the course was exactly what I needed. Thanks again guys.
