Very informative course in such a short period of time, got to learn crucial parts of a food business that is very important for most business owners. I definitely recommend this course for those seeking to do a food business from home or in retail commercial premises.

WAS GREAT LEARNT ALOT AN WAS FUN

Course was good and I learnt a lot and am more confident making coffee now. It would have been good to cover some basic milk (alternative milks) heating/frothing. I understand this is a separate course but some basic techniques would have been useful until I can do the milk course.
