Enjoyed it - learned a lot of practical tips on bread making and how to make it easier. Ralf was great - very knowledgeable and kept the class running smoothly. Facilities were nice. Would go again.

The artisan bread making day course was a complete hands on experience that was fun and informative. Our instructor was very helpful, funny and encouraging. The course content for the day was engaging and varied enough to cover a wide range in a small space of time to give good value. The facility was fantastic with easy parking and access.I had so much fun and came home with a goody bag full of delectable fresh baked breads my family loved. I will definitely look at signing up for more courses here

Wonderful Course 5*

Online line course started on time , but disappointed the tutor spent 10 - 20 minutes at very start showing pictures of we she leaves and spoke about herself her business her dishes ( with pictures ) her students her position at food and wine . Which could of been better spent focusing on the food safety course and more information on the importance of acquiring food safety cert. And she rushed through remaining of pamphlet , not very impressed.

I was very skeptical with doing an online class. At the end of the lesson I felt that I was given so much info. What made it easier was the examples given in certain situations. And for that, I received a 100% pass first time round.

The lecture, Ginny was an excellent teacher. Not only it was easy to understand importance of making coffees, but she was also good at giving me right advice. I was very encouraged and more confident about making coffee. I’m considering to take part 2 if I want to gain advanced skills. The negative side was the space was narrow. It would have been greater if there are more spaces.

Straight to the point, every thing was laid out well and prepared me for managing an establishment that sells alcohol.

Really worth while course, I learned so much even though I've been managing a bar for more then 3 years it was still worth it and would recommend to anyone wanting to up skill or learn something new. Thanks heaps, great tutor and well resourced facility. Would return and recommend to others. Great value for money

The staffs were helpful and approachable. The course content was clearly laid out and discussed. Communication was clear and even if you need clarification they would gladly help you out.
