Shades look great, and service was very good!

Justin Lewis [who's always friendly & respectful] came out within just a few days of my service request, immediately identified & explained the issue, fixed things in seconds (loosened a screw & popped off a bead), & gave me tips should the issue ever reoccur. Stoneside's customer service is consistently superb. Highly recommend.

Started with the amazing salesman, Jason, this was our first time ever ordering custom blinds and he was beyond patient and so very helpful! Then Brandon was our installer, and he was wonderful! This was a tad bit more than we wanted to spend, but it was worth it!

STOP AND READ THIS REVIEW. Do not purchase from Stoneside Blinds & Shades, really anywhere, but especially in Atlanta. They are completely smoke and mirrors, and have dropped the ball every step of the way. Here is a list of the issues: - Lied about when the product would be available - Lied about when the installation date would be - Rescheduled the installation date after it was already late - When an installer finally showed up, he found that he didn't have all the parts This is completely bait and switch, and you won't get your products. Customer service doesn't care, they think the customer experience should be the first thing to go. They don't have enough staff, don't know how to manage orders, it's all around just not good business. I would not recommend buying from them and am pursing further action to get a refund and file complains with the BBB.

The employees with whom I was in contact were very responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. My installer, Sam, who came to my place three times as I requested changes, was excellent.

We went through our custom shades purchasing process for the very first time, so like most started looking around for well reviewed locations. Stoneside stood out so we went ahead with them and we're glad we did so. Melanie was our designer and she really took her time walking us through all options and to get a feel for our design style. Never felt rushed or pushed towards any particular direction. We ended up getting a completely different product than we originally thought of, thanks mostly to her expertise. The options can be daunting, but we're very happy with where we landed. Joe then helped us finalize our measurements and do the install as well. He was very friendly, helpful, and meticulous when it came to the details which I appreciate given how big of a purchase this was. Gave us lots of tips and things to watch out for and you could tell wanted to give us the best experience possible. Would highly recommend Stoneside, and in particular it was great working with Melanie and Joe.

I had a great experience throughout the entire process of ordering shades with Stoneside. Rochelle was the designer I worked with and she was friendly, communicative and very helpful in choosing shades that perfectly match my space and worked for the functionality and budget we needed. Scott was the person who came to take the final measurements and came back for the install. He did a wonderful job. Everything looks fantastic, and he got all the motorized presets set up so that I can use the remote. He also set up the app on my phone and made sure I understood how it all works. I'm very happy with the whole process and the final outcome. It was a substantial investment, so it was nice to do it with a company that was so responsive and trustworthy.

Every step of the way was smooth and pleasant. Cody took our order and Dustin installed our beautiful new blinds. We are very pleased and highly recommend Stoneside!
