My Design Consultant was brilliant :: her proposed style/color/type of window treatments pushed me “out of my comfort zone;” but my trust in her was well-placed. I’m “beyond pleased” with all of her choices. The installation process was even more impressive! Ryan Mrockowski’s precise skill seamlessly integrated the motorized valences into the existing window frames (which was a concern of mine). Ryan settles for nothing less than perfection. The blind fabric on one valence had a small “wrinkle.” He immediately ordered a replacement. After installing the app on my cell phone, he spent (at least) an hour, fully instructing me on its features. In my opinion, Ryan Mrockowski is “The Goodwill Ambassador” of Chicago’s Stoneside location. I recommend Stoneside Blinds with confidence. Their estimate was pricier than most companies; however, the quality of the material and superior installation services, easily justify the premium.

Got two shades installed in Sept. 2021. A few weeks ago, one of the remotes stopped working. Got a quick appointment with technician Tommy Vatcher, who installed them the first time. He was quick, efficient, and extremely courteous -- just as I recalled from the original installation. He analyzed all the components, diagnosed it quickly, and replaced the remote. He also demonstrated how to change the battery if I ever need to in future. All this was free to me as the shades are still under warranty. Wonderful company, and they have a wonderful representative in Tommy.

First of all, we returned to Stoneside because we were previous customers who were very impressed with their products and service. We were pleasantly surprised to see that Melanie was our repeat consultant again who who had assisted us on our previous purchase a good number of years ago. She came to our home and was so very helpful in deciding on the very best choices for the window covers yet totally being within our budget. We were also thoroughly impressed with Jonathan (installer) who came to the house to remeasure all the windows, and also returned for the installation, and who was prompt, friendly, and a courteous gentleman who was very much there to answer any questions we might have. And the installation was so impressive, quick, and so beautifully done. The finished product looked phenomenal and we are so very pleased with every aspect of this transaction and our home is more beautiful because of both of them. It was the kind of service that you do not have the chance to see very often in this world today, and thank you Stoneside. And we received it on the telephone prior to the purchase, the evaluation by Melanie, and the installation by Jonathan. If we need more window covers, we certainly know who we will call!

Amanda was very patient with me as I chose fabrics and traveled to my house an additional time to help with that decision. Jonathan did a fantastic job installing the draperies. I've already had my shades installed and am very happy with the appearance and the functionality Today's visit was to adjust the cord holder & to bring the cable for charging the shade.
