The material is excellent and we get alot of compliments on how beautiful our window treatments are. We have been very pleased with our desigener, Gabriel, and installer, Madjid. If something isn't right, they fix it. Gabriel is excellent at recommending material and products that complement your design style.

She has a great eye for design and considered how colors of our shades would look with our walls, floors, etc. as well as in different lightings. She really knew her stuff about types of window coverings and talked to us about considerations like best functionality for our needs and energy efficiency. Our installer, Scott Visger, was also very kind, efficient, and informative. Scott provided a seamless installation experience and took time to explain operation considerations to prevent any wear. My husband and I love our new window coverings and highly recommend working with Stoneside and Michelle and Scott!

I shopped around like crazy with online sites and other custom blinds companies, and Stonside was hands-down the best -- the designer who came to my home was so lovely and helpful (and not salesy) and the installer was on-time, professional, and just great. And it was so much more reasonably priced than other companies I talked to. Call them!!

United States | 22 January 2023Low quality products and garbage of a company. Avoid. Had a good consultation session with Mariko so decided to go with them. Sides of the blinds came off within 15 minutes of the installer leaving (4 came off in the next 48 hours). When I reached out to Mariko, she said "no problem. we know how to fix it. It happens sometimes with certain models/versions." (it is concerning that they are knowingly selling defective products). The issue is it's only attached by thin white adhesives. They seemed all bound to fall off given enough time. The installer came back 3 weeks later (also they were not flexible with their appointment even though they were at fault, which also annoyed me. I had to work from home to accommodate their schedule). Everything was fixed, it seemed. 6 months later, they started to come off and drop on the ground again. As I looked closer, I found out they just duck taped it. Again, 4 came off and others looked very wobbly (and unsightly cause you could clearly see a gap with sides starting to come off). I had to reach out multiple times to get a call back, and when I finally got a call back, the customer said that duck tapes should have never been used, and they would reach out to the manufacturer to develop a solution and come back to me within 3 days. Two weeks passed and still no call back so I reached out again. I finally got a call back but I missed it because I was in a meeting. I called back again within an hour and asked the customer agent to call me back again. No call back. At this point, I was fed up with always having to reach out to them and receiving no consistent replies, so I emailed Mariko, the customer agent, and general customer service line together and asked them to come back with a suitable solution within a given time frame and also asked for some sort of a refund (I didn't sign up for having a defective product installed in my brand new SF home and being ignored after spending $7,000+). I was also clear with my intention to file chargebacks in my email. No response from any of them. I ended up getting one of my charge backs approved so I would probably use that money to fix it. To this date, they never got back to me to fix their defective products. The only time I got any communication was when they wanted to understand why I filed my chargebacks (so they could fight it). I think they hook you with descent consultation sessions but their products are very cheap looking and sometimes defective. And in my case, they are not even interested in fixing their defective products even though they falsely pride themselves on their warranty. I am even thinking about taking them to a small court to get the remaining payment back. Please do not fall into their marketing gimmick.

United States | 22 January 2023with my south facing windows the sun blinds make an amazing difference. so glad I decided on the power blinds, being able to quickly adjust the blinds individually is extremely convenient. company service is outstanding. two years after installation one blind was not operating properly, Dustin was out to make the repair the day after I called! thanks Stoneside!

United States | 21 January 2023I looked at other blinds companies, but I wasn't in love with the fabrics and selection. Anna (who doesn't seem to be with the company any longer) was great to work with as she came to our home and worked on selecting the right blinds. I was told a couple months, but they arrived in less than a month. I loved the blinds. There were some issues that I reached out about in the last couple months. One blind had shifted and rubbed with a bit of fraying. Another was never quite aligned. The team scheduled a visit, Allen checked out the issues (fixed one on site - it was just a gentle shift that I could have done). Two of the blinds needed replacement, and they took care of it with no problems. Allen came back and installed the two blinds. Everyone I interacted with was fantastic and helpful. I LOVE the voice activated blinds in my home, and the Stoneside Blinds & Shades team really delivered. The do cost more, but I couldn't be more happy.

We had gen a year ago and it was seamless never and issue the entire year we had it. able to operate out of state while selling house. this new comfy Tahoma whatever one is not great issues all the time only had few months. and we had to pay more for this and it works wonky. highly recco going back to other system.

The process turned out to be quite painless and Ashley Brown's assistance in choosing my window coverings was fun and inspiring. Chris came to measure the windows. He was on time and quick. He also installed the drapery hardware, drapes and shades. Great work, he was quick. He was also very polite. It was all in all a great experience!
