One of my shades stopped working with remote and I emailed them. I received reply very promptly and they scheduled appointment to come and fix it.

I had a wonderful experience with the Stoneside team. The entire process took just over a month and was hassle-free. I worked with Tiffni for my consultation and she helped me decide on the exact color/swatch, and type of shade I was looking for. Her expertise and recommendations were very helpful. She was very friendly, easy to work with, and gave me a realistic timeline of when I could expect the installation. My installer, Ryan, was easy to communicate with, on time for measurements and install, and was also super professional and friendly. The process was very quick and Ryan went out of his way to go above and beyond with the installation. On top of installing three window shades, he also helped out with a problem I was having with one of my windows. The Stoneside team was a pleasure to work with and I'll continue to recommend them for anyone looking for a blind/shade installation in the Chicago area.

From designer to install...easy and pleasant experience

The ENTIRE process from the consultation with Quinn, to the install with Rusty was seamless. Everyone was so professional and answered all of my many questions and concerns. By the time of the install, I knew exactly what was to be expected. We LOVE our window coverings. They each turned out beautiful and just how we had hoped they would!

Great communication and service. Stoneside was so easy to work with. From the initial call, to the designer, and the install; everything was a joy.

Initial design and installation experience was outstanding. We have enjoyed our shades and blinds for several years now with no problems until recently. The motorized shades malfunctioned, so we called customer service for visit and/or repair. Other than having to wait a month to get an appt. with an installer, he called day of to let me know what time he was coming, arrived on time, very pleasant. Even liked my dogs! Both needed reprogramming because they were no longer stopping where we wanted them to. He showed us how to do that in the future, and the appt. lasted no more than 30 minutes.

Justin installed my drapes. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process. He went above and beyond what I had expected, and I really appreciated his patience with me and my lack of the skills that were needed.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Working with Melanie was a breeze as far as getting my options all sorted out, and Joe got everything installed in a tidy and efficient manner. Even better - the blinds were done roughly 2.5 weeks ahead of the original target date. I really appreciate the fact that Stoneside is one point of contact for everything - the fact that the blinds are installed by company employees and not a 3rd party contractor is a huge bonus in my book. They may not be the cheapest option, but they're certainly the option that provides the most value in my opinion.

Edgardo did a great job fixing one of my motorized shades. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fixed it during his visit. He also replaced the cord on another shade that was too short. He was friendly and professional and made up for the confusion with a previous missed appointment. There was a lot of initial confusion because the wrong phone number was added to my service ticket and while Edgardo was providing regular updates, I was not getting them.

One of the worse companies I have every had the displeasure to work with. It has been 5 months and my blinds are still not finished, half installed. Incredibly overpriced. Unprofessional. Terrible customer service, they rarely answer the phone or return a call. They are always saying they should have your blinds from the factory in a few days that went on for more than two months. Nine weeks after failing to properly install my blinds, they told me the reason the replacement blinds were not available is because they were only ordered a few days earlier. After an installation problem they waited 2 months to order the correct material but yet lied to me every time I called.
