We have used Stoneside for many years and have always been happy. Customer Service was going through some pandemic-related / new staff training challenges this time around so it wasn't our best experience getting service scheduled. However, they ultimately resolved it and Joe personally came out and made the repair we needed (free of charge) plus another that came up at the last minute! They always come through and we appreciate Joe's attention to detail and friendly service. :-)

I had such a great experience with Stoneside! Melanie the design consultant and Joe the installer were fabulous. Melanie helped me make good color and style choices when I ordered, and Joe went above and beyond installing and explaining the mechanics of the blinds. They both arrived on time, were so friendly and fun to work with, and did a very professional job. Joe tidied up after the installation, leaving my floors cleaner than when he arrived! They both went above and beyond. Stoneside runs a very professional operation!

Awesome company and people. Dana Bradshaw showed me all the options, help me decide, took measurements, all very professionally done. A month or so later, Tommy did a great and very clean installation. I recommend them 100%.

Lack of communication. Nobody answers the phone, answers the messages or emails. I am waiting for my install. Never got any confirmation order etc. I am a customer already and previously I received excellent service. Now nobody seems to care. Last call I received was to schedule install. I called back and emailed. Nothing. It’s been 11 days since the call to schedule. I will never use them again or refer anyone, which I have.

We were assigned to James Brewer as our designer last year. We live in a condo downtown and had been thinking of redoing our living/dining room blinds for almost 10 years. We had gotten a consultation with another company and were dissatisfied with the service and lack of personal experience. We found a few more companies but decided to try Stoneside first. James visited our place and gave us reasons why Roman shades would not work well for our place and recommended transitional shades to us. We had never considered this so were so were a bit hesitant at first but ultimately trusted his expertise and went with it. I’m so glad we took his advice with these motorized shades! Our space ended up looking even better than we’d expected. It was exactly what we were looking for, something sophisticated, clean and would make our place feel more open. During this entire process, James was so patient helping us narrow down all the options. He’s easygoing, professional, and respectful of our time and space. Most importantly he knows what he’s talking about! James will be honest with you and recommend what is best for your home and not what is most expensive. He won’t sell you anything you don’t need. Fast forward ten months later, we decided to update our bedroom and guestroom. We didn't hesitate to contact James again. Since we decided to rent our our place in the next few months, James gave us the best option that would fit into our budget while still making the room look appealing. If you're looking to get new window treatments, you'll be in good hands with James. He'll make it a stress-free experience. We can't recommend him enough!

Just had window blinds installed. The product is great. The service was better. Stephanie was very helpful in helping choose the blinds we wanted, and also with revising the order when the original material was backordered. Mike also did excellent work on installation, explaining things as he worked. He also was very careful about prepping for the job, and cleaning up after himself. There was one part that was damaged in shipping, and he took care of the reorder before I was even aware of the problem. Exemplary service from both people. Thanks!

This has been the best consumer experience that i can remember. From the ordering of services, delivery of window coverings, and any issues i had were addressed immediately. I have gotten new window coverings for all my windows and had the great experience of having Joe doing the installation, a great company representative. It also impressed me so, that once the order was completed the customer service continued. Thank you Joe and Stoneside Blinds and Shades.

My son and daughter-in-law loved the results. I gave them my salesperson's contact information, and they will be calling you when they have their blinds made! I've updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. The total time it took to get my blinds installed was 1 year. There were a lot a delays and a total lack of communication during the process. Eventually, Stoneside did everything they could to resolve the issues. This is probably not a typical experience, but it was my experience. The blinds were finally installed; they look really nice and I am satisfied.
