Excellent experience all around. I was able to schedule a call with the designer (Kasondra) very quickly and she was highly professional and easy to work with. As soon as I placed the order, I got a call for a measurement and installation appointment (literally minutes later). The installer, Allen, was excellent, worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. The blinds are really nice and exactly what I was seeking. A wonderful company.

Steven and I have had our Stoneside blinds for about 2 weeks and we absolutely love them!! First, it was easy to decide the type and color of blinds we needed with the help of Melanie LeFur. Then Joe came to measure (removing any concerns about proper fit and light leaking in). Joe arrived when scheduled, installed our blinds, and took time to make sure we understood how to operate them. From my experience I would say the rep who met me at my home, exactly!! at the time, she had indicated,was one of the best sales people I have ever met. And I have been around a long time.She took her time to ask me many questions and to educate me on the subtle differences about shades I would never have known. Not only was she a true pro I felt she had become my New Old “friend!” What a treat! Her products were lovely and her samples arrived early.

We worked with Tamara Brown (Designer/Consultant) and Rusty Hawthorne (Measurer/Installer) to cover one sliding glass door and 5 windows of varying sizes with black shades. One of these shades partially admitted light and the rest were black-out ones. Three of the treatments were motorized and operated with a programmable remote control. We are extremely happy with the appearance, workmanship, and performance of the shades. Working with the company at every level (Tamara, Rusty, and administrative staff) was a dream. I've never worked with any business that was so professional, organized, on top of things, polite, and which kept us abreast of every step of the process from start to finish. I trusted Tamara's aesthetic judgment and I was not disappointed (and I am hard to please in this arena). I would unquestionably use them again.

Stephanie came out to the house and helped me pick out shades. She was friendly and very helpful. Dustin did the measuring and hanging the shades. He was so nice and did an awesome job. He was in and out in no time. Both people did an amazing job at a time when customer service is so bad all over. These two were great.

I have had a great experience with Stoneside from start to finish. Tamara was awesome, she made the process so simple and easy from the first call.
