My new Stoneside Blinds transformed my condo living room, master bedroom, and hall and added warmth and ambience to the rooms. I first purchased custom shades from Stoneside blinds. They are beautiful. After working at home I decided I needed blackout shades. Wendy the designer came out gave me great suggestions while sticking to my budget. Tom Giampapa the installer knows his stuff and he is quick. He makes sure to test each unit to ensure it operating correctly. This is the only company I use for window covering. I wish there were more company out there like Stoneside Blinds, who takes care of their customers.

I ordered shades for a client and the fabric came in with visible flaws. Stoneside offers a 30 day guarantee so I asked for replacement shades in a different fabric. I had the best experience with Tamara and Rusty. Tamara provided amazing guidance on what would look best in the space. Her professionalism and knowledge were off the charts. I have unique window sizes and Rusty was able to come up with an installation that brought the best possible outcome. He was always on time, super friendly and helpful. Every step in the process beginning with scheduling an initial appointment to the final installation was done in a seamless and extremely professional manner. I am very thrilled about my new blinds--transitional shades--from Stoneside. Tamara Brown was responsive, efficient, and very clearly up on design and possibilities. Also Rusty Hawthorne, the technician who came to measure my windows and then install the shades, was a top notch professional. They both answered all my questions and I am so appreciative.

From beginning to end Stoneside was exactly what their on line advertisements portrayed. Office was responsive, all appointments needed to complete the purchase, and installation were kept and the end result is beautiful. Exactly what I was shopping for.

We are very happy with our new window shades from Stoneside. We purchased transitional shades for a bedroom and roller shades for our porch. I knew I wanted the transitional shades but had no idea what I wanted for the porch. Jason Walker, our Stoneside Design Consultant, really helped make the process of choosing a style and fabric so easy. Ryan Mrockowski was our installer and he did a wonderful job of getting everything hung just right. Both were great to work with. There were a few delays in getting the fabric due to supply chain problems but that is happening everywhere due to the pandemic. All things considered, our order was still completed in a timely manner.

I liked this company very much. Everything was done at the highest level. They came to take measurements, consulted and listened to all our wishes and whims. The next day everything was set. High-quality and accurate work. Now only to you.

Our Salesman, Josh was very nice and patient, explaining all the pros and cons. Also, at first the decisions were a bit overwhelming, color, materials, pattern, etc., but he's the professional for a reason! Then, there was Ryan, the Installer! He was fantastic.
