We had good seats. We have now gotten 3 concerts. Tickets came exactly when they said they would. No trouble accepting them, better prices. Rock and Roll!

Seamless ticket purchase! Received tickets prior to event with plenty of communication and easy instructions to access. Was also able to easily transfer to my teen daughter, who attended the concert. Great experience!

Easy to order tickets

Quick search & I was able to find amazing tickets to go see Gabriel Iglesias (Fluffy) at my normal Labor Day weekend show at Foxwoods. His tickets have become extremely expensive depending on where you want to sit especially if you go to buy them from the main ticket site (Ticketmaster) . Even some of the more premium seats through BigStub can be more expensive. However, BigStub still offers much lower prices compared to many other sites and I will continue to use BigStub to get my tickets. I've been going to see him since 2015 and (with the exception of 2020 where I had my ticket honored in 2021) I have not missed a single year of going to see him. Thank you for making it more affordable for me to go see my favorite comedian who has inspired me the most to just be myself.

An amazing site, I’ve gotten ask my concert tickets off here but be careful cause resellers love to buy so the tickets and double the price very fast

Stub hub made it easy even for a person like myself that is not tech savvy.

Extreemly helpful staff

Company mentioned that the tickets were not through them, but did not state anywhere that we may have to create an account with a 3rd party to access the tickets. This can be problematic if you've had issues with that seller in the past or do not wish to deal with/support them due to their practices. I attempted to work with BigStub to help make up for the issue but they were very unhelpful and did almost nothing in the way to solve the issue or redress the extra effort and frustration needed.
