Excellent Service from the Sales Progressor Team. Only reason it is 4 stars is that the Agent is expensive compared to other Agents and I do not think is good value for money. This does not diminish the excellent work by Paula McCartney in Sales Progressing.

I found Rebecca and Honour to be very proficient, professional and friendly throughout the process of helping us find a new residence. We had a very small turnaround due to flooding in our previous flat so having someone that could work with us and understand our requirements made the process a lot easier (and less stressful!)

Molly has good organisational skills, is pleasant and professional, and always answers promptly.

Emily has been really helpful and responsive to requests. She recently dealt with the renewal of a tenancy efficiently and with no fuss. She is a very good addition to the team. Considering she has only recently joined the team at Central PM she is working to resolve an old, quite small, issue that arose before she arrived and that is appreciated.

Jasmine Adjepong is the agent that helped me checked-in in my new flat. She was very professional and even when I gave her a short notice for being there earlier she managed to be on time without having me waiting. Very polite and helpful showing me the flat and how the appliances work. Generally speaking, a very good and organised team wiling to help the tenants and respecting their rights.

Steve Sellek managed my purchase from the very first enquiry I made, he went above and beyond to help at every juncture. He even made phone calls and replied to emails during his time off to help push things through. Steve chased every party involved at every stage to put my mind at ease and always picked up the phone or answered emails. If he couldn't pick up the phone he called me immediately when he was free and generally within half an hour. Phil Woolnough was also extremely helpful in pushing through the purchase and was also always to hand even with any minor questions I may have had. My purchase was extremely stressful right until the end and the only part of the transaction that filled me with confidence was that I knew MyLondonHome were backing me the entire 4 months. Nothing was done that Steve and Phil did not manage personally. Fantastic and will absolutely use again.
