Very high standard of professionism which is unusual in this industry. Very courteous and helpful staff; particularly the Lettings Manager. Flat was let for slightly below my target , hence "only" 4 stars but let very quickly leaving no gap between incoming and outgoing tenants. I highly recommend this agency.

The individual that provided the best service out of all of the individuals I dealt with in MLH was Molly in property maintenance. She always replied promptly to emails and kept me up to date with development, in order to manage my expectations appropriately. In addition she was friendly and reliable. I would like to comment that Molly went out of her way to arrange delivery of a sofa when I been called away from London at short notice. In addition she arranged for a contractor to come and assemble the sofa who noted that there was a fault which she dealt with immediately. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Kinan provided excellent service to help me find my flat. He came same-day to conduct a viewing after calling him, and was communicative and responsive throughout. When there was a problem with the first property I put an offer on (outside of Kinan's control) he went the extra mile to correct the situation for us and find us a great flat. A month into my tenancy now, I have made one maintenance request which was dealt with within a day. The inventory was done incredibly thoroughly - perhaps overly so, but much better than an incomplete inventory which I then would have had to spend hours amending to note every small flaw with the flat. Having dealt with other agents in London, the experience so far has been stellar - would recommend MLH, and Kinan, with no hesitation.
