Tamas was an excellent RE agent, working beyond normal working hours to accomodate and work around my travel schedule. He was also involved after the onboarding, coordinating and doing most of the administrative/ housekeeping work to make sure I had good first month within my new place. Recommendable without any objections.

Don’t transfer them your money! The agent didn't show up to the viewing, the porter let me in to view the place. I liked it and put down £710 holding deposit. After chasing, texting and calling, agent said the wrong person authorised the flat. He then sent me details of an alternative flat that was £100/more a week in a completely different area. Don't put down a deposit! Had to chase for weeks to get my money back and never received information about the original place I wanted until asking to speak to the manager.

Have to say I really appreciated the level of service provided by MyLondonHome so far. On top of that would like to enhance Fatma's professionality and commitment with the customers. All of us tenants are really happy. Keep the good work .
