Molly from the south west property management team is awesome! I had a few issues after moving into an apartment and she responded to my mail promptly. She also chased up these problems until they were resolved. In addition, she kept updating me regularly throughout the process, so I always knew what the status was. Overall, she's extremely helpful.

Molly is absolutely amazing, she is by far the best person I have ever talked to at MLH. She responds to all my emails, maintenance requests etc. more or less immediately. She is amazing at her job, not to mention super friendly.

I had contract two times with My London Home, I met and experienced very different service on both times. I would like to give 5 starts for this year, but 2 stars only for last year. The contract process was ok, everything was very clear. But the problem was management team. Last year, I had water leak problem and many issues of my house, management team always respond very lately and never care about it. This year, I met Molly, she is very nice, respond so so quickly. I am happy to work with her at the moment.
