I have successfully exchanged contracts on an assignment of an off-plan property advertised by My London Home. My London Home, and in particular James Fownes and Michael McFarlane made significant concessions in order to get me a good deal on the purchase, and both James and Michael have gone out of their way to see it through to exchange. The deal has necessitated an unusually large amount of work on both their parts due to various factors. For a certain period I was conversing with James and Michael on a daily basis (they were available morning to evening and on weekends too) and they were friendly, professional and on the whole a delight to deal with.
