Steve has really impressed me with his patience. I know I was struggling to make up my mind and was taking my time to find the right property but steve was very patient and persistent. It's not one of the most transparent businesses around and it's hard develop a level of trust. Steve managed to build a strong level of trust with me such that I decided that I ll conduct the transaction with steve only. He was knowledgeable and honest and knew what I am looking for. He never tried to over sell me something and in fact was bold enough to tell me how certain of his own deals does not fit into what I am looking for. So a big thanks!

I found myself bogged down in a very complicated situation with bad references from a previous Landlord due to rent arrears in regards to a harassment case.
