My London Home staff were polite and stayed in touch, however there was a couple of issues: Namely: Accepted a holding deposit for a flat and then informed us that they had given it someone else. Although they quickly found a slightly pricier flat for us, we felt insecure.

I met few times with Miss Rebecca Wilkie through my flat searching. She comes across as personable and mature with a natural curiosity about understanding customer needs. She has very friendly personality which made us to feel comfortable in any questions we asked. Definitely, she has serious dedication and pursuing excellence in her job. That's why I have already recommended Rebecca to my friends!

I can't fault the service I have received (as a tenant) from MyLondonHome, despite assuming the worst having had bumpy experiences with other property managers in the past. Harriet Sexton is nothing but professional, efficient, a great communicator and simply really good at her job! Harriet's approach, and so it seems MyLondonHome's in general is just to make things really easy without putting unnecessary processes in the way - for me this really goes a long way coupled with the fact that she's more than capable of thinking outside the box.
