Emily is always polite and happy to help. She managed to resolve an issue with my sound system that had remained outstanding for a long time. Emily resolved the problem and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommended.

Harriet is a god send! She solves issues quickly and efficient and takes all my concerns and questions seriously. I have had issues in the past with the company as a whole, but this was down to the agent that first showed me the flat and was not honest about me being able to receive an unfurnished flat. All in all, I love staying at the flat and having Harriet's help.

Dear My London Home We have been renting our property for over one year now and I have rented properties from many other agents in the past. It can be difficult to find a good agent, let alone one who has any care for their clients. Emily the agent who is now looking after our apartment rental is a totally different story.
