We have found her to be unflappable in a crisis (arranging new boiler installation on the last working day before Christmas!), totally professional with an eye to ensuring both owner and tenant are well looked after, and consistently good with response times. We have no hesitation in rating her at 5 stars and hope others emulate her example!

Email queries and all property matters are attended to promptly. She also often takes the trouble to telephone progress reports. United Kingdom | 29 December 2016A proper nightmare: left without hot water for 2 weeks during the chilly season - no compensation (was denied by their absolutely rude staff over the phone). They "discovered" less than a week after signing that our flat was on sale and took it for granted that we would play the marketing suite for... 6 months (constant calls, emails, meetings requests at any time of the week). The tenancy ended in one of the weirdest way I never heard of anywhere else: dodgy landlord had already put another tenant in the property before end of tenancy resulting in impossibility to do any check out inventory - and we had to harass them to get our money back from the deposit and undue rent. Needless to say the staff is never answering the phone but gives your number to lots of freelance agents who call whenever they want to ask for visits. In the end, a very pricey option to find your accommodation dealing with a company who has no sense of service and rules with rude staff (I got really told off a dozen of times over the phone when complaining about issues) and dodgy landlords who do not care about laws or minimum of hygiene (such as hot water to be provided and/or repaired in the best timings possible - not quoting all the plumbers available in the capital city!)

However, one phone call to Chelsea at My London Homes and within a day or two it was fixed and problems got sorted. Responsive, very pleasant to talk to and boy does she understand what customer service really means. Don from Vauxhall
