Sam Marco is an excellent and professional agent. He is as good as they get. I've been in the property business myself for 20 years, and must say Sam is probably the best agent I've used.

Really happy with this agency, especially after several bad experiences with London property agents in the past. They provided good service, stayed transparent through the whole process, and most importantly when a minor issue came up, they provided world class after sales support. Adam Hill and Laureen Bennet have been exceptional.

The Sales Team was pretty efficient and was able to conclude the transaction within the expected timeframe; the 2 key persons being Hannah Taylor and Raymond Addy. The issue I had was with the Property Management Team as they were unable to finalise my Final Statement for over 2 months, which is unacceptable (this is for the settlement of the Final Sum with regards to the rental of my property).

Understanding our expectations and needs very well, My London Home staff were very helpful from the beginning and throughout the process of the sale of our Westminster (postcode: SW1P 2NB) flat in Vincent House, Vincent Square. Hannah Taylor from the Valuation Dept. helped us set a realistic value for our property, and Michael Flynn and colleagues arranged quite a few viewings in a short time span. Being from Turkey, and having lived in the UK for only a couple of years, I was not aware of the property sale process. However, Tom Gilchrist and Adam Anker from the Sales Dept. ensured the whole process ran smoothly, and offered help whenever necessary. I would like to thank My London Home team for working so professionally.

The problems with MyLondonHome began post-signing the holding contract. We were first informed that the previous tenant was not moving out of the apartment and was being ' difficult' less than three days before my move in date. We were given very short notice that she was now leaving on Saturday two days before my move in - which gave me undue stress and tension. When I moved in the apartment was dirty and had a lot of maintenance issues. I was promised a professional clean - however it was nowhere near a satisfactory clean. In terms of the cleaning - it had been done very poorly. There were stain marks on the kitchen worktops, the filters of the dishwasher are clogged, the fridge has a strong odor, the rug was not vacuumed, there are stains on the sofa side, the radiatior tops have dust and debris on them, there is limescale in the bathroom, the washbasin and tap are dirty and the previous tenants hair was in the washing machine. The apartment also had a lot of maintenance issues as well (which are mostly the fault of the previous tenant). Some of these included a broken cupboard in the kitchen, the kitchen handle is broken, numerous lights are not working, the oven hob is scuffed, the washbasin plug is broken, the toilet seat is covered in deep scratches and cracks, the bedroom blind is broken and the dresser drawer is broken and was poorly 'fixed' via tape This was when the problems really began. I tried to get in touch with Laila (the lady who was present when I signed the rental agreement) and was effectively ignored (especially when she had been so responsive prior to signing the tenancy). The agent that showed us the property, Zeeshan, had promised us that the apartment would be spotless and that the grouting would be completed and that someone would contact us on Monday regarding it. I called him on Monday to get the number and details of the property manager and he said that he would call me back. He never did. I finally found the details of their call center online and managed to get in touch with the property manager Troy. After speaking with him, he told me that the maintenance team would get in touch once they received the inventory report and the grouting would actually take several weeks to complete. I have emailed and called to follow up but have not received any response. One week after move in - the apartment still is not grouted and has all of the maintenance issue with no further update of when these issues will be resolved.

My husband and I dealt with Adam Anker and we were most impressed by his professionalism. He was polite, willing to help, gave us good advice and at no time did he put any pressure on us as some estate agents tend to do. We would certainly not hesitate to recommend him.

Had various nightmares with agents across the world and recently in London, so very happy indeed to finally have an unexpected and very good experience. From the get go Hannah Taylor was awesome, despite having to deal with serious issues from existing tenant and agents (subletting behind my back and hard to gain access). James Garraway ably assisted me with anything I needed help with on the ground in KL and offered helpful advice also and then Tom Gilchrist was excellent in the sales process and I actually felt he was working for me, which is unusual. Can't really say anything but positives and all concluded within 4 weeks really after being on the market for 5 months and no interest at all (apparently) with another so called agent. Been in Asia 16 years and invested in quite a bit of property in that time. My apartment was in Hamilton House, St George Wharf. Thanks all. It has been a pleasure.

Thinking about renting a property via MyLondonHome? I would not recommend it. I checked out on 13th August 2016 from a property I rented via MyLondonHome for nearly 3 years. The handover went well with the landlord and inventory clerk, and we agreed that my full deposit would be returned soon. That has not happened, instead I had to escalate a number of times, first to find out where the inventory report was, then to bridge a communication gap between MLH and the landlord, and then to request the refund of my deposit. Today, more than one month later, the deposit still has not been returned despite of MLH's promise. I am highly dissatisfied with MLH's check-out service, and it seems to me that they do not care too much about tenants moving out from the properties they manage. Not to mention the fact that they charged me a £180 check-out fee for this service. For the record to prove that this is not a fake review, I was in contact with the Southbank Property Management team, and the postcode of the flat I rented is SE1 7XT.

When renting your next property in the area make sure you go to My London Home and ask to speak to Adam Hill. He understood exactly what we were looking for, and made sure the process was so smooth and easy to follow. This is the best rental experience I have had in London so far, thanks to Adam.

For the last 2 years we've been tenants on a property managed by MyLondonHome, and though we had some issues in the start when we needed their help, all of that change when Harriet Sexton became our Property Manager! Harriet has shown true professionalism and interest in getting the job done in the quickest possible manner, so now every time we have a problem with the property that needs to be handled, we're happy that Harriet is on the other side taking care of the problem!
