Nakto customer service was helpful to make sure I ordered the correct replacement battery for my e-bike. Proactively contacted me to check specs. Turned out I had selected the wrong part and they helped me spec and order the correct part before shipping.

I ordered the folding ox bike. Love the price and materials seem to be good quality. Unfortunately, the fork was bent when putting it together. Rather than deal with the shipping costs of a return I paid to have a bike shop to bend the fork and fully assemble it. Other than this extra cost, hassle, and disappointment, I anticipate this will be a great bike for our family.

My bike has a problem when you peddle it the chain has a tendency to pop off and get stuck between the sprocket and the motor

Still haven’t received the replacement battery. Not happy with the long transit time. Please advise on next steps

The part I ordered worked about 5 minutes now my led screen quit can't tell what working or not

I have a Nakto Super Cruiser. I've had it since 2018. I've dealt with customer service many times. And always seem to get everything done even when I've made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. There is a small restocking fee but it's okay as I get the correct part and my bike has been incredible. I just ordered new forks and they came right away. I had my repair shop install them They fit great and the bike is riding well. Thank you everyone at Nakto!! Have a great holiday season!

You could check that all parts are in good working condition.and not give it to a customer.. That's all thank you...jc

I have been waiting for three weeks for the rear wheel for my Folding Ox. Not one word has been sent except to tell me it was shipped. There is no date of shipment or estimated time of delivery.

The battery I purchased did not work. I spent 320.00 and I'm having a REALLY HARD TIME just getting a replacement. I didn't even ask for my money back mind you, just a replacement. It's been two weeks now with slow communication with this company and still no progress. I would recommend highly you think twice about ordering from here..anything! G. Cummings Would have given no stars if that option was available.

I was extremely happy with the price of the battery. but was unaware it didn't come with a charger & they use FedEx for delivery which means it goes for days without being updated in tracking so there are days where you go un told about where the package is . other than these 2 downfalls all was 100% JohnnyRoXtar of Johnny & Tha RoXtars
