United States | 14 October 2024I am vacillating between 3 and 4. My Nakto experience has been good but I have found the website to be completely confusing. Upon ordering what I was shown as the proper controller I ordered it only to find out that it was the wrong controller. Thanks to Bella and Linda in customer service for steering me to the right part. The ensuing problem is that I had to pay return shipping and now I must pay a 20% restocking fee. Totally wrong in my mind. The webpage led me to the selection of the parts and that was the wrong part. Secondly, the correct part looked like it was used and abused. Now I have been assured that it is a result of being shipped and banging around in the box but I question this it looks like it was handled by a pack animal. The end result is for me to return it and face a shipping payment and restocking fee or keep the part and they will grant me a $10 gift. As customer service said " As an employee, I need to comply with all the company's policies and regulations. Hope you could understand". I opted for the $10 and am keeping the part. In the end customer service was great, the website is not at all great but I really love my bike, Super Cruiser, I can finally ride again and my knees can take it. Thanks

United States | 12 September 2024I have a 2020-2021 super cruiser and I ordered a 500 w replacement wheel for it. The axle on the new wheel is small and shorter than my original one. I have tried to contact someone about this but it goes nowhere. I can’t even talk to a technician about it. Very disappointing customer support and service.
