I already own a camel stepthrough and I absolutely love it, so I saw the city stroller and knew I had to have it. I absolutely love it as well. They are easy to finish the assembly, good looking, and so much fun! I am a senior (64), they offer me the exercise I need without the pain I have experienced with other forms of exercise. Well done Nakto.. I will only buy Nakto. Great customer service. Thanks for the experience!

Had an issue with the battery. Was able to get it resolved quickly and got a new battery pretty fast!!

I appreciate the communications regarding my order and the tracking for delivery. I have yet to put the bike together, I’m a little nervous about doing that, but just by looking it seems to have all it’s parts and to be of great quality.

We purchased the bike for about 600.00 a few years ago now we had to 249.00 for a battery. I think that’s ridiculous. I need another one for my wife’s bike but I can almost by a new bike.

The charger is fine. My issue was the payment. There was an extra $69 pending charge for weeks. I reached out and didn’t get help. My bank finally resolved the issue.

Finally a customer service person called me and refunded my money back for a defective part.

quick and east to order a replacement batter for my daughters bike.

Ordered four bikes. Three arrived with severely bent wheels. One could be trued, other two junk. Two bikes were also missing baskets. Two weeks later, still waiting for new wheels and baskets.

The box came quickly. It took a while to put everything on the bike. But it's great and I zoom around just fine. No issues it's beautiful.

Thanks for sending our 2 bikes and extra batteries at a fast shipping pace. Everything was in great shape. Friends and family love these bikes so I wouldn't be surprised they will be making an order for bikes soon.
