I love Nakto! This company provided me with a much loved bike that I've always wanted. The shipping process was great. I inquired about my shipment once and was promptly answered. This was my first purchase from Nakto and I'd do it again.

I loved the bike but when I had an issue with repairs I didn't receive a call back and felt like they didn't really care to help with my concern.

Thru no fault of theirs, a New Battery order Shipment arrived in a damaged condition due to rough handling by the carrier FedEx. I Notified Nakto immediately with description and shipping carton & damaged battery case photos. Nakto offered, and refunded a satisfactory reduction of the original price paid for the new battery which was received damaged, and the matter is closed and done with.

The battery i order was brokeing

Where do I begin. When the bike arrived I was very eager to set it up, in the middle of doing so I noticed the screw that connects the headlight was missing. No big deal, I called someone from Nakto and they sent one over. It took about 3 days for that to come in. Then I get to the turning on the bike and got the wrong instruction manual. Contacted back and you all sent a picture of the correct manual. I’m still having issues with the bike and at this point I would like to return it. I spent an extra $80 making sure the brakes were attached correctly. Now I’m sitting here short $580 and can’t even enjoy my bike. I would like it returned ASAP and my money back.

Took you way too long to ship. I could have bought a new bike for what I paid uber.

There have been a slew of issues with the bike and the parts I have received. I just wanted a replacement on the bike and despite saying 1 year warranty on the website apparently according to them it's only good for 3 weeks.

Ordered 2 bikes. The forks are not padded well and one came bent. Contacted customer service the day it was delivered ot takes them forever to replay. After 3 days I got an email telling me to hit it woth a rubber mallet to straighten it. I responded telling them I would not be hitting a structural component of my bike woth a hammer to make it straight and we can either return the bike or they can send me a new fork. A few days after that they said they would mail me a new fork. After a few more days I followed up because I have received no tracking. It is now more than a week after they said they would mail a new fork and i still do not have any tracking information.

You marked the order as shipped when it wasn't even in stock. I had to reach out to customer support to make them realize what was going on.

I have a Nakto Black Mini Cruiser electric bike. The quality is amazing, and the battery life is good. This bike was pretty expensive but worth it! My e bike goes about 20 miles an hour, the batter life last for about 10- 14 miles You can use peddle assist as well. They have fat tires, and I get complemented on it all the time.
