It’s very fast for shipping and agents help me a lot for order

This company ripped me off for full bike that was returned to them due to being delivered to me DAMAGED. Customer service sucks, takes them days to get back with you only via email. Run away and don't waste your money. Unless you like migraines.

The ordering was super easy all contact was prompt and respectful, my bike actually came faster than I expected, it is very well high quality and I have had many successful rides on it since I got it, the price was also very good I got it on Black Friday discount and couldn't be happier with it, it has fast charge time it's very sturdy and me being a larger person I was quite surprised with how fast it goes with me on it.

My daughter's bike that I bought her for Christmas is super cute. It just lacks any power. She can't keep up with the rest of us, and that's disappointing.

I have the step thru Camel model. I Love it easy to use and does not take off fast. Very Comfortable

I emailed you in March about a broken pedal but never received an email back.

Bike is good. Was missing hardware. Seat spring nut missing and no hardware for bottom of basket mounting. Had to configure something on my own.

I bought the Folding Ox because it siad good for 4'11 up but I am 5'1 and it is still to tall with the seat all the way down . It's a great bike but I still had to buy another one I should have sent it back but keep it for friens and family to ride I also have the Pony but wanted a more powerfull bike I rode it for 3 years and loved it I like to be able to touch the ground at least half of my foot rather flat footed. Well made bikes just the ox was too tall

I have owned several Nakto Electric Bikes and i will buy more. Great price and very dependable. I ride hard. They are fun. Make me feel young at heart. With some TLC, these bikes will last a long time.

I’m enjoying my bike. However the accelerator gets stuck often and once it did cause a minor injury. I would’ve loved this bike in all black. Battery life is very good. Happy with my purchase

Battery don't last as clamed on website; costumer support is very bad too. False advertisement, on website describe that frame, handlebar and seat post are aluminum alloy. I wont recommended don't waste your money.

Needs additional adjustments …going cost 300 dollars or more to work on tire adjustments ….plus half stuff loose on bike was not put together had to use a tourque wrench to tight seat it wants to fall back all the time. My husband says it’s a piece of junk…he’s got a 4000 dollar bike.

delivery not working battery connection from outlet to the bike

Bike came damaged and tech support wouldn’t do anything to fix.

Both tires popped and dented first week of ownership. Haven’t used since

where do i begin. 1. the bike came in with issues to begin with like everything that wasn't tightened by me or manually put together by me was not tightened properly and my front wheel came with a hole in its tubing. 2. the battery power was a lie i can only get 5 miles with pedal assist without it dying when its advertised to go way further. 3.i had received the wrong front fender and still don't have one cause I have already put in 100$ into the bike to fix the not tightened parts that ended up needing change like both cranker arms and had to buy replacement tubing. now there has been some good things which is why i give it a 2 other then a 1. The bike itself without looking at the range and other issues including battery life it runs good and still with all the issues I like my purchase just not at the price I paid. The customer help was amazing I had received a free battery cause of my battery issues though it still only ran at a minimum 5 miles without dying but having a extra will go a long way so I am thankful for that. Now I don't recommend this bike to people buying something reliable and will have no issues cause I have seen people have better experiences then me so it seems like a luck factor is involved with buying this bike. Hopefully this helps someone in deciding this is the bike for them

Great e-bike in a box. Easy to put together except, unable to tighten brakes so need a bike shop. Otherwise happy w/purchase.

I already owned an electric bike but it didn’t offer everything I wanted in one. After doing some research I came upon Nakto bikes and decided to order one. I own the Camel and I’m very happy with it. I do wish it had a longer battery range. I average about 25 miles a day and find that this gets me to about 18 before my red light comes on.

I really like the bike. I had one before I lost it on a trip.

My wife and I love the bikes. The only problem is the seats are too narrow and uncomfortable. We replaced them with larger memory foam seats which makes riding great. Larger seats,should be offered as option when purchasing bikes.
