The bike is a beast. I've been though three rainstorms, (not intentionally mind you) and my Santa Monica muscled through. I've had it for 6 months and no problems. Keep building them strong Nakto. Thanks.

Having replacement parts in stock. It's not as common these days to provide fix-it-yourself support for products sold. I appreciate the ability to do so.

I ordered the wrong headlight and gave a initial favorable review because I thought it was being taken care of but all communications from NAKTO suddenly stopped and I still haven't received my replacement headlight after sending the wrong one back., hate that they have no live person to speak to.

I love how the bike arrives mostly assembled! The instructions booklet was also very helpful and easy to follow

You guys are trash. I ask for a replacment key you send me a whole new lock. Your going to eat the shipping fee .

Bike works great, the battery that came with the bike doesn't properly work. It does halfway through it's life and doesn't even last an hour. I've been stuck using my old battery from my old bike, on my new bike. Customer support was and is amazing, they're shipping me a new battery right away!!

Update: Natko has reached out and resolved the issue. So far bike is working great and we are happy with the product. Our bike does not work. It has a faulty battery and we have not been able to get customer service to contact us to resolve this. Made several attempts via message, email, and phone.

The reason that I needed a new crank and crankset was that the original crank bolt was Stripped which caused the crank on the lhs to wobble loose and round out so it was unusable. I hoped that the new assembly would come with bolts but, nah

I ordered this and canceled 10 minutes later on a Saturday via your contact us form online. The merchandise was shipped and now must be returned and you want to charge me a 20% restocking fee. This company a scam.

The bike came quickly. We really like them. The only thing I wish is it had a slight bit more power.

They help me with every question. No matter how hard they were unfortunately, I couldn't get apart without buying a more expensive part, but that's okay, that's business. The people were very, very helpful.
