United Kingdom | 25 October 2022Problems galore! Booking document full of mistakes eg Flight back from Venice and not Rome, Date of birth wrong and Deposit wrong. Emailed to correct. Many queries by email and phone either not answered or right person not available and did not ring back. Tried to say hold luggage was extra when I had documentary evidence to say it was included. Final documents not 7-10 days before but 4 days before after phoning several times. Transfer at Verona airport not turned up. Phoned agent and eventually a car arrived - was it booked? It the took us to Europa hotel in Desenzano instead of Europa hotel in Sirmione which was booked and confirmed on final invoice.

United Kingdom | 21 October 2022Tried to book Nile Cruise and stay via Jetline Cruises. Thier Representative Nicholas tendered a number of Hotels and Cruise Ships. An option was accepted.Rep returned with change of dates three times. It became clear that boat tendered could not be available for last date change.When this was pointed out to Rep ,told to hang up and he would sort it out.Next day informed that NO boat was available until December.I then noted that,despite us not confirming anything that £500 had been taken from my account. I had accepted the itinery based on Reps information but had no confirmation from the Company. We cancelled the Holiday and requested an immediate refund of monies only to be told that it would take about three weeks. This Holiday was for a special Birthday, that without the £500 can no longer be taken . Is has become quite apparent that this Holiday could never have been put together and feel extremely aggrieved.We are both pensioners and totally disgusted at the service and subsequent treatment. Since this debacle we have ,despite cancelling The Holiday that wasn't a Holiday,we have received an Invoice and a 5* Survey request. Regards Gordon

United Kingdom | 21 October 2022We have just returned from a cruise and stay holiday. This had been booked way back in 2021. Very reasonably priced. I would like to say that the organisation and information received was second to none. All transfers were prompt, the hotels were of a good standard too. The only fault I would say was the flight times - way too long at the airport for return flight. We should have/ could have changed the flight time for an additional sum. I would definitely do this in future. No hesitation in using Jetline cruises again.
