As at ravelling RVer we get to us many services. I constantly find Tengo the poorest over the last 8 yrs. Even though it has improved, it is slow & unfelable.

I realize this is not your issue as you are only providing a service to your customer and can only provide what they request. I have also mentioned the wifi issue to the KOA folks. But it would be helpful to users if you were to encourage San Diego Metro KOA to add some band width to their wifi and upgrade the coverage. I was in site 2201 and never was able to get more than 2 bands of coverage although it was good near the office. I couldn't even get the KOA.com website to plan my future stops in my travel during much of my visit. And the internet dropped out frequently while trying to check into Facebook which is how I communicate with my family while travelling. During Thanksgiving weekend I often wasn't able to get on the internet at all.

Why do they not transmit Netflix or Amazon Prime at Far Horizons Park in Tucson? This policy needs to be changed. Otherwise connection, etc. are currentry pretty good if you are not too far from a transmitter..

We have encountered TengoInternet many times in Souyhrtn California and can;t recall one time it worked without a call to the IT desk or hit and miss trials, The RV park says it;s you and your IT says it's them.

We rv for 4 to months. We take along our own modem and entire security Internet system. Sometimes it is necessary to us tengonet. Its ok...but slow and insecure. Our system is tons better.

Many of the Tengo sites I've visited were being replaced at RV parks because they truly suck. Why? The speed was terrible on our connection, and that's if we could even connect in the first place. I wondered why Tengo are spending marketing money on surveys when instead they could invest in a more reliable network. Trust Pilot wrote and asked me to remove certain words from a more scathing initial review after Tengo complained to them, so I have. We never use Tengo now to avoid the frustration..and share with RVer's we know that we avoid it like the plague. Since them I've invested an extra $10/mth for a data SIM with my cellular provider - much better option for us. Am I clear enough?

Getting connected was a little confusing. We were connecting 2 iPhones and 2 iPads and we experienced a couple different ways to login. Once devices were logged in, we had very good reliable internet for everything from email to video streaming we were honestly surprised by how good the service was

I was out shopping and my husband was with me. He was less than interested in shopping and, quite honestly, I was glad when he found the free Internet. It worked well and we both accomplished a lot. Thank you.
