Company: spot on. Hassle free. Well packaged. Communication good. Delivery on time. Product: Steinel sensor LED light. They only stock the best at this company. Don't waste your money on cheaper alternatives. They'll cost you in the long run. Other makes have a long LED lifespan but the sensors pack in after a couple of months if you're lucky. These ones have high quality sensors on which are tested to the max. You should trust a company who have learned this fact and choose to only stock the best.

This was a thoroughly good buying experience from beginning to end. We were kept informed of the progress of the purchase and we are delighted with the downlighters which we bought. They arrived today and are shining merrily as we write - good quality and easy to install. Altogether, very happy.

I ordered 2 downlights - 1 of which was stocked and the other obsolete. I received an email from the company informing me of this and in the end they substituted a die cast similar model at no extra cost to me. Overall I received an excellent service.
