I was looking for LED down lighting and the web site came up with a great solution that was cheaper than expected and looks great. The LED lights are better than expected and see no reason to by Halogens ever again.

Have just changed all my kitchen halogen bulbs to Philips LED. Bought online from Downlights Direct as the price was good compared to others. At checkout I realised the company was very near to my home. Bulbs were delivered, by hand, the next working day by an employee on his way home. Can't beat that!

A test of s good supplier is how they respond when things go wrong. I ordered on-line, but failed to realise I had made a mistake in the product finish ordered until after I received order confirmation. A quick call re-assured me the order would be amended which was followed by -email confirmation. This units arrived as requested and on-time for installation. Will definitely use again.

I ordered this light fitting which was fairly easy and was impreesed with the delivery time. I was more than surprised thou with the uneccessary size of the packaging. I realise that there was a fitting and tube etc in it but it was very much over the top. If it was packed more sensibly then perhaps the postage wouldn't have had to be so much .cheers Kelvin

Ordered these one day and delivered the next day! Just the job for sorting out some troublesome down lights which were mounted into the ceiling directly under the joists in the roof. After some minor adjustments they fitted perfectly and the roof is now fully insulated!

Needed a low profile LED light for cupboard under the stairs. Found exactly what I was looking for with Downlights. Received goods (light + driver) within a week and installed without issues. Good quality light and no issues with the service.

Good website with good product descriptions. They had what I needed. Ordering process was simple. Communication on order acknowledgement and despatch was good.. The light and spare bulbs arrived very well packaged. I will be using them again when the need arises.

Ordered a small number of uncommon light bulbs over a weekend - a type you can't get from normal retail sources. Come Monday, they emailed me to say the items weren't in stock so subject to back-ordering. I had visions of a long delay and was regretting ordering from a source without real-time stock levels on their system. However they sourced them within a day and delivery to me was completed 3 working days after I initially ordered.

The down lighters I purchased were of excellent quality and competitively priced. They arrived when promised, were quickly fitted and give perfect illumination.
